Stayed Mar 2, 2024The condo was exactly as pictured, spacious and clean. We loved the location - within walking distance to several restaurants and the beach. My only negative would be that we did have people move in upstairs who had very heavy footsteps. It surprised me because other than that, the building was pretty quiet. Would stay here again.

Stayed Jul 24, 2019This was a great stay! It was close to everything. The condo was very clean and accommodating for our needs. We had the opportunity to sit out on the docks one night and enjoy the scenery. Just beautiful! We will definitely stay here again!

Stayed May 23, 2019I was there for work,,staying there turned work into a vacation,,it has a nice dock on the water for just sitting and relaxing, or for some good fishing,Kelly the property manager was on her game,,very fast response would differently go there again,work or pleasure, or both.

Stayed Feb 23, 2019Very nicely decorated, comfortable 3 bedroom, 2 bath unit in a gated area which accompanies 6 people very comfortably. Kitchen is well stocked for those that want to make meals while staying here. There is a channel behind the units that you can fish, relax and watch dolphins go buy. This unit is close to Treasure Island so we spent time at both St. Pete's & Treasure Island beaches. Plenty of restaurants to visit. We rented bikes while we were there so we biked most days to beaches, stores and where ever we decided to go for the day. Would recommend this unit for anyone interested in a 3 bedroom, 2 bath rental.
