Stayed Jun 16, 2025We stayed here for 4 nights during a baseball tournament at CACT Park. The primary reason I picked the property was the proximity to the fields, the pool, and the kitchen.The property was spacious for 3 teens and 2 adults. The pool was nice. The property is well maintained.However, the kitchenette was very basic and did not have a stove, dishwasher or garbage disposal. I think the listing should be more clear about this. Cooking utensils were bare minimum. No can opener. No strainer. No salt and pepper. No hand soap in the bathrooms. No body wash, although there were mini shampoo and conditioner.Sugar ants came out even if there was 1 crumb left. There were no cleaning sprays to wipe down the counter. I texted the property manager and he brought some over and sprayed for the ants. However, I would constantly find 1 or 2 sugar ants crawling on me at random times. I did not like that.The temperature indoor was set to 78. This is very warm for us. We tried lowering the thermostat to 74 but it kept resetting to 78 and never really cooled down. It was difficult to sleep with how warm it was. Also the mattress downstairs was lower at the headboard than at the feet. The last night we turned the opposite way and slept better. The mattress needs to be turned.All in all this was a very basic rental, although the pictures and the nice flooring and bathrooms made it seem like it was more upscale.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025We loved the layout and the 3 1/2 baths. The kitchen was not designed for cooking meals but we had planned to eat lots of seafood out. The host, Donald, was very easy to contact and helpful. The pool was an added treat. We did bring in food one night and enjoyed the large table. We would stay again. Located in a nice walkable neighborhood, 15 to 20 minutes by car from just about anything you'd want to do.
