Albert was very hospitable and responsive! Very nice apartment with great access to Little Havana, Coral Gables, and Brickell. Excellent choice!

Our stay here was great! Albert was very helpful with checking in and offering suggestions for places to go for dinner, drinks, dancing etc. He went out of his way to make sure we were comfortable. It’s a well decorated place, perfect size for two, and is stocked with many helpful items (water, fruit, mouth wash, q-tips, etc.). The location of the apartment puts you near Little Havana which has many night life and food options. The neighborhood is quiet and we didn’t see the people who live in the house at all. It was nice to be far away enough from downtown Miami, but close enough to get there when we wanted. The only downside was water temperature of the shower - since the apartment is shared with the larger house, taking showers at off times was best for warm water. We would definitely stay here again.

I very much enjoyed my stay. Albert was accommodating and available when I had a small issue with the TV. He thought of all the little things that made my stay comfortable. The only problem I encountered was that there was no internal control for the central air, which during my stay was set very cold. There is a single vent over the bed and I slowly closed the vent over time until I had it shut all the way because it was just too cold (I slept underneath my winter coat from Ohio to keep warm the first night!). The portable ac unit was okay in a pinch but didn’t push the air into the bedroom or bathroom. Aside from those issues, which I worked around, I would very much recommend Albert as a host and would stay in this unit again.

The place is in a nice area, the host was super helpful. He was there anytime I had a question. I was super comfortable, this is my first time using home away and I loved it. Everything was neat and clean. We will definitely be coming back. Thank you so much.

Nice neighborhood. Close to easy access to visitor sites. Studio apt is exactly what is advertised. Owner is very helpful to what you might need or helping with questions you might have.
