5 Bedroom, 4 Bathroom Apartment Glamour Excellent D Located In The City Center

The one kitchen and living room are exactly as shown in the photos (the photos do not show the second kitchen and living room). The apartments were clean, well appointed, and updated. The location was very good, easy to walk to Tesco to do our shopping for meal prep. Very close to the river and other sights. The only negative was is not a 5 bedroom apartment as stated in the ad header, this is actually two separate two bedroom apartments which are on the same floor of the building. We understood this to be a single five bedroom apartment based on the ad title. If you scroll way down in the fine print, it does say it is two separate apartments. The fifth bedroom is actually the living room of the second apartment. The second living room and kitchen go unused as we were traveling as a large group and wanted to congregate in a single kitchen and living room to be together. We were there to visit my son who lives in Prague. We rented what we thought was a five bedroom apartment so he could also stay with us. When he found out there was not actually a fifth bedroom (not living room) he declined to stay with us and went back to his apartment where he has an actual bedroom. Also, in one of the two apartments, the only shower is inside of a bedroom which means the people who would be sleeping in the second bedroom and the living room/bedroom would need to enter the bedroom of the other couple in order to take a shower in the morning. There are three showers total and two 1/2 bath

Clean, spacious and quiet. All you can really want. A nice feature was that the owner included floor fans in each bedroom. A nice plus if you like moving air.Truly a convent location, walkable to U Fleku, old town, the river. Yet in a quiet side street. No complaints at all.

Apartments were very clean, beds were comfortable and plenty of space for our extended family of 9. Location was great and convenient to public transportation or walking. Lots of great restaurants a easy walk from the apartment.

The apartment setup was not good. 4 of the beds were king size and two were singles. One single was in the room with a king size bed and the other was in a room with a second kitchen. We were 6 woman and we did not want to share beds. This was not a good setup. The rental consisted of two units on the same floor. To go from one u it to another you had to go into the public area and unlock the door. This was very inconvenient. The kitchen was poorly stocked. Also no salt or pepper. We had one small and one medium size towel. We could have used more towels.

Our family of 7 people (ages 20-75) really enjoyed our 4 nights here. Plenty of space & bathrooms for everyone. The layout is two separate apartments, they don't actually connect but the entry doors are right next to each other and we had no problem with it - in fact it was nice to have two kitchens and all the extra space. The kitchen/living area in the larger apartment was plenty big enough for everyone to eat breakfast or hang out together in the evening. High ceilings, very clean & modern design, spotless property. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to see and it's a nice safe quiet neighborhood, we walked along the river every night as well as to bars & restaurants. We also used Uber frequently, wait times were short and rides around the city were ~US$5. Our only minor complaint was related to noise - the bedroom and bathroom doors are all opaque glass so they are beautiful but not soundproof at all. Also the stairwell is a big echo chamber, if people on the other floors are loud in the hall the sound carries into the bedrooms near the doors. These were very minor issues though, only worth mentioning if you are a light sleeper. Overall a really nice property and good value for a group, we loved it and would stay here again without question.
