A beautiful, spacious place in a quiet, safe neighborhood, close to the CTA, restaurants and shops. It’s so difficult to find a rental in Chicago with enough beds but this is the perfect place to come together with family and friends. The hosts are incredibly responsive and helpful before and throughout the stay. I highly recommend Magic Factory Lofts to anyone coming to visit the city with a large group.

Perfect place for our large group stay. Great proximity to whatever you want to do in Chicago, while giving you the peace and quiet of a local neighborhood. Hosts made every step of the way super easy. They were thoughtful and communicative. I could not recommend this place enough.

Property was fantastic. Plenty of room for our group of 10. Perfect location if u r going to catch the Cubs or going downtown. Anything u might need is a short walk.

We stayed at this property four nights with eight people. The place was clean and spacious and check in was easy. Adrian greeted us, provided a tour, and made sure everything was working and met our expectations. Carole did an excellent job of communicating with us and sending information on where to eat, buy groceries or to relax and have fun. All of these sites were within an easy walk. The property is in an excellent location with great security and as stated in previous reviews, is even nicer than depicted in photos. It was truly a great place to hang out and do day trips. I have been staying in VRBOs for over 10 years and would not hesitate to rent this property again or recommend it to my family and friends. If you are visiting Chicago look no further than here. Carole is a great hostess; the apartment is awesome and has everything you need to ensure a relaxing good time. Definitely worth 5 stars!

Our high school sailing team stayed here during a regatta. It was perfect - good space, well appointed kitchen, and enough beds and rooms for all. We will definitely stay here again next time we travel to Chicago. LOVED the app that answered ALL our questions while we were there, made things very seamless. Thank you!

Our stay at this property was fabulous! From the day of booking alto the day we checked out - the communication from/with Carole and Basil was the best we have ever experienced with any other property we have booked (of which there have been many) was off the charts. Their attention to ensuring we have a seamless experience from airport arrival to check out - not a beat was missed. What was just amazing was their personal app for the property that was shared - that included things like how to get to their property from every airport, how to access any sort of transportation to and from airport, downtown anywhere - as well as providing insight into area hit spots, restaurants, shopping, - you name it - they provided it! The property itself was immaculate! The loft space was perfect for the 6 of us staying with so much more space available for a bought party. In fact there were 5 unused beds between all four bedrooms! The 3 full bathrooms were immaculate and modern. The open floor plan of the kitchen was so roomy with high end appliances (all functional and clean), a table for 10 guests and comfortable couches to relax! My husband and I both felt that this property was a place we could definitely see ourselves staying for long term if needed - and that’s saying something. We all slept great - the rooms are. Dark and the ends comfortable! I have already shared the property with friends planning upcoming trips and will never stay anywhere else when in town!

Better than description, the property was bigger, more space than expected. Fully stocked, beautifully furnished and finished, everything you'll need. Hosts were great to connect with. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing stay here! We were 14 guys in our mid-50's in town for a long-weekend capped off by a Bears game. Everyone got their own bed, loved being in the space together, and found the location to be ideal, with tons of restaurants, bars, and shopping nearby. Jogging down to the lake and back - about a 3.0 mile loop was a favorite among the group. No regrets - would love to come back and do it all again. Carole was a delight to deal with.

We are a group of friends in town for a wedding. Carole and Basil’s home was the perfect setting for us to gather and have some fun in the city. The home is comfortable, beautifully decorated and well appointed. Communication was proactive and clear and made for an easy weekend. Thank you for all of your help - we would love to come back soon!

This is a wonderful property that was a prefect setting for a friends' get away. It is wonderfully located near downtown in the Lincoln Park area and was close to restaurants and stores. Carole, Basil and Adrian made check in and check out easy and were always just a call away. The space was so inviting we stayed in for dinner on 2 nights and cooked. It was a great trip for us in a memorable setting.

We had a great time at Carole and Basils place. They were extremely helpful in making sure we had the best time possible. They supplied us with multiple food spots as well as must see attractions. We will stay here again when visiting the windy city!

We loved the area and the condo was clean, modern and spacious. We had some noise from upstairs condo, but the owners addressed our concerns. This condo has restaurants, bars and shopping all in walking distance.
