Stayed Aug 5, 2022Very beautiful and upgraded place in the heart of Rome. Check-in process was easy and simple. Elena helped with explaining all details well. But it is grossly mis-represented as a TWO bathroom place while one of the shower was completely useless. There was no water in the shower. They said they need to bring in a plumber to fix the shower which never happened. We were SIX of us sharing one bathroom and we barely made it to our appointments in time. In the kitchen basic condiments are missing like Sugar or a little Coffee or Tea.
