45 m2, Newly renovated, quiet, 3 min Walking distance to Historical City Center

The apartment was clean, quiet, and warm. Very easy to get around the city as the tram stop is right outside the door.

The accomodation was in a great location for public transport, quite neighbourhood and felt safe as a solo female traveler. Communication was great and very clear on accessing the unit for check in and out. Close by was a supermarket and food outlets. Will happily stay here again on my next visit.

The location is practically perfect. The kitchen is fully stocked and a grocery store is right next door. Within about five minutes of walking, you're at the city center. If you prefer not to walk, you're in luck because the tram stops right outside the apartment. It's extremely quiet, yet close to all the action. The best of all is the communication though. The host video-called me and we did a walk through of the entire apartment, along with all the rules. The line of communication was always open as well. And lastly I will mention that the wifi was amazing, which I have not commonly found throughout other parts of Europe.

We booked for 3 adults. The host reached out to me on what’s App a lot of times asking me to cancel- he said it doesn’t fit 3 people - well, then just don’t advertise it then. Totally different couch then shown on the picture

This is in a great location as it is easily walkable to Old Town. There is also a tram that runs around the corner that goes straight to the train station. There is a supermarket at that same corner (but be aware that it closes at 6 p.m. on Saturday not to re-open until Monday morning). Also, several good restaurants right there and a bakery across the street. So, the location is ideal. It is very clean and roomy too. There is a washer, but no dryer. It really is a great place to stay.

Nice location, the description was inaccurate, there was no dryer. Cobwebs all over the ceiling, very hot and uncomfortable for sleeping in the heat, and host did not communicate well.

Amazing

The apartment was very comfortable and well furnished. very safe and secure. Less than 2 minute walk to the closest tram stop with connections to the key underground stops throughout Vienna. The property owner could not have been more accommodating. When I had a problem, only once, with the electronic entry system, he was immediately available to troubleshoot the issue with me and get it corrected. Super time there.

Nice comfortable apartment in a good location within 20 min walk of center, well served by trams. The host is very responsive and allowed us to check in early to drop off bags before cleaning was complete. We did find a hair in shower after cleaning. The room is good size but has only blinds that let light through and offer no privacy. Also the blinds can only be lowered by a tall person. The water heater cycles on and off occasionally which can be an issue. Shoes must be removed in atrium area, a bench would be nice to sit down while putting on and removing shoes. One mattress was upside down causing pain to my foot when hitting the zipper at bottom of mattress. But overall, great location, comfortable for a few nights if one does not mind see-through blinds that let light through and offer no privacy, and responsive host. The room could use a little more wall decoration too, very sterile!

There were no night curtains and I felt exposed because the unit was on the 2nd floor and looked into a courtyard. Communication was unclear about the payment type, Mani insisted he emailed us that it was cash upon arrival but he didn't and was insisting to get cash. The place was ok, but we didn't get kitchen towels or smaller towels for the shower. I asked for an extra blanchet for the night, he turned the heat up one night. I asked for a receipt and never got one. The location was convenient.

This is a spacious and comfortable apartment located 12 minutes walk from Berlin Mitte train station and an easy walk into Vienna. It is quiet but conveniently on.a street with a good supermarket and bakery, The host was responsive and helpful and it was a pleasure to stay here.

Mani was super helpful and accommodating! Our flight was delayed by 3 hours in addition to the time it took to taxi from the airport and he met us at nearly 1am to explain everything about the apartment. We appreciate his hospitality and kindness! The apartment was perfect for what we needed. Washer for clothes worked perfectly along with the shower. The bed was comfy and everything was very clean. Metro was super close and easy to take into the city true to his listing! Overall a really nice experience, thanks Mani!!

We had a wonderful stay here. It is right on the tram line for 2 trams but at the back of the building so it is quiet. Our host met us at check in and gave all the information we needed. There was a map waiting for us. There is a cafe a few steps away with good food on offer and friendly service. Opposite is a bakery and just along the street is a pub which serves excellent meals. There were a number of supermarkets within a short walk. We would stay here again.

My wife and I had a wonderful time staying in this modest apartment. It had everything we needed from the kitchen to the bed and couch area. One of the most important items for us on this trip was the fact it also had a washing machine. There is no dryer, which we knew that ahead of time, but it had plenty of space to hang dry. Getting around town is very easy from this location as the trolly stops literally right out side the front door to the apartment. We did have some electrical issue with the overhead light in the main room and it would have been nice to have a few more bath and kitchen towels. For the price we would recommend staying here and will again if we travel to Vienna.
