Stayed Jul 29, 2023It was good, However we had to pay 12 $ per person extra for the bed sheet and duvet cover, pillow cases ( Bettwaesche ) and we had to pull off them before leaving th e property...It is unusual.

Stayed Jul 9, 2022We had a very pleasant stay at the appartment and the kids really enjoyed the pool. All you need is available (BBQ, sun loungers + sun umbrella, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave, flatscreen TV, DVD player, audio system, ...). Two underground parking spaces are available, with a stairs leading directly to the front door. The interiour is exactly as advertised. The two bathrooms are spacious and very clean. Do keep in mind to bring your own bed linen!

Stayed Dec 31, 1969Even we didnt meet Sabine and Manfred , their spirit is all around apartment. This was one of the most beautiful and equipped apartments in which we where last 10 years. Everything is very well organized and you dont miss nothing during your winter holiday. Kals-Matrei is very good family friendly skiing center and Im highly recommend to everybody apartment and ski center. Darko

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We had a great experience this summer in this flat in Matrei ! Very clean, very good level of comfort, modern, we felt absolutely at home ! There was a mutual trust with the owner, which has made our stay problemless. And for nature, hiking & trail running lovers, Matrei is well located at the crossroad of different close wonderful areas. So we highly recommend this flat :)

Stayed Dec 31, 1969We immediatly felt at home in this appartment. It's very well located, spacious and very clean. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a ski holiday in Matrei. We will definately come back.
