As you enter the home, you`ll be greeted by a bright and open living area that`s perfect for gathering with loved ones. The living room features comfortable furnishings and plenty of natural light. The dining area is adjacent to the living area with room for guests to share a meal.

The fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook up a feast, including a refrigerator, stove, oven, and microwave. There`s also plenty of counter and cabinet space for all your cooking needs.

The four bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for you and your guests to spread out. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated and features comfortable beds, ample storage space, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. But the real highlight of this townhouse is the outdoor space! The large deck is great for hanging out with breathtaking views of the lake.

Paradiso is a private club in the Mixson neighborhood near Park Circle, offering exclusive discounted access for The Boroughs` guests, including the pool, gym, wellness classes, co-working, dining, poolside cabana reservations, social events, and live music. Day passes and cabanas have associated fees.

Two weeks before your reservation date, all guests of The Boroughs will be provided with a one-pager that includes booking information to reserve access to Paradiso. Reservations need to be made 24 hours in advance with guest information. Please Note*: Paradiso is a private membership based club and access is not guaranteed.

I will be available for whatever you may need as I live very close to the property. I will very likely be in the Charleston area as well, but it not, I can still provide guidance or recommendations for activities you may be interested in.

Hurricane/Weather Policy:
In the event of a mandatory evacuation order issued by the Mayor of Charleston County, guests must contact us within 24 hours to receive a full refund. This policy applies only to official mandatory evacuation orders.

To maintain the quality and condition of our properties for all guests, we enforce the following rules:
No Parties: Hosting parties or large gatherings is strictly prohibited.
No Smoking: Smoking is not permitted inside the property or in areas where smoke may linger, such as porches or balconies.
Property Damage: Guests are responsible for any damage to walls or property caused by hanging decorations or other actions.
Quiet Hours: Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM to ensure a peaceful environment for all.
Firearms Prohibited: Firearms are not allowed on the property. Any firearm found will be considered abandoned and handled accordingly.

Location Disclosure:
Charleston is a vibrant, growing city, and guests may experience typical urban sounds, including traffic, nearby restaurants, bars, or general street noise. Construction noise may also occur in the area. While we strive to inform guests of potential disruptions, we may not always have advance notice of such activities.

Check in is at 4pm and checkout is 11am. Unfortunately we can not accommodate early checkins or late checkouts.
Abide by the checkout instructions. All trash will need to go to the bins by the time you checkout.
Charleston does have quite a few bugs, we have a professional pest control company service the house every month. Every effort is made to present a clean home at Check-In. To minimize the impact of bugs on your vacation, keep doors/windows closed, food wrapped and store it in the refrigerator.

    We had a wonderful stay! The place was spotless and very comfortable for the 7 of us. The location was perfect-close to everything we needed. The host was quick to respond and very helpful, which made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. There were two parking spots dedicated to us, and the neighbors were very helpful to help us locate 2 more spots for our 4 vehicles. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

    This lake house property had everything we needed to have an enjoyable stay. We loved having the top floor for the kids to claim as their own private space. The beds and couches are very comfortable. The view from the deck is the perfect place to unwind with a glass of wine after an exciting day at the beach, going for a boat ride at Cypress Garden, or exploring downtown Charleston. The maintenance issues we encountered during our stay were taken care of promptly. The communication with the property owners was fast and helpful. We’d love to come back to stay again.

    The property was beautiful and we had a great stay! The owners communicated check in and check out timely, and it was a breeze. The 3rd floor had multiple beds, a sitting area and full bathroom that provided a wonderful 2nd gathering spot. The beds were comfy and linens made us feel at home. We loved hanging out on the deck - the umbrella made it possible even though it rained a bit and provided additional seating. Definitely recommend.

    We had a great visit for the Cooper River Bridge Run! This was a perfect spot for our group of 12. The listing and photos were accurate, and we felt like there was plenty of space for everyone. We especially enjoyed the spacious living room and having coffee on the porch overlooking the pond each morning. We walked over to the convention center to catch the shuttle bus to the race start line—an ideal location for that purpose. While I typically prefer staying downtown or in Mount Pleasant, this was a perfect option for our group at a lower price point. 100% would recommend!

    Overall a decent spot. Good water view. Near north Charleston shopping. However, Not very clean - felt like a frat house. Needs some maintenance here and there (toilets not seated well, lights out, sliding glass doors hardly move). No cable, poor WiFi, and limited apps to view online things when we were in the house.

    Owners were very responsive. There were some issues when we arrived and I immediately sent a message to the owners. Maintenance was there to fix/replace everything within 24 hours. They attempted to fix the dishwasher, but were unable to. That was a huge bummer because who wants to handwash pots/pans dishes all week on vacation? The entire house needs a fresh coat of paint from wear and tear. That would’ve added to the comfort of home. A lot of light bulbs were out too. The beds and furniture were very comfortable and the location was great for the basketball tourney we were in town for. Being right on the lake was relaxing. Beautiful view. Folly Beach is a quick 30 min drive and we love that beach town. Overall we had a great stay and made memories. .

    Our trip consisted of seeking walkable access to the North Charleston Coliseum & Performing Arts Center for a multi-day concert we attended and this place was perfect for that. The space is very nice and overall pretty clean. We would stay again...Thank you!

    Overall the place was clean and comfortable. Loved having the deck overlooking the water to watch the turtles and ducks. Townhouse is at least a 20 minute drive from the more touristy spots. The walls could use a new coat of paint as there was a lot of marks on the walls throughout the home. Could also used more towels for guests.

    The host was very responsive and helpful. Inside the property was very clean, comfortable and pet friendly. We were also happy with the location. It was right off the freeway and close to food and shopping. I would only recommend for guest to bring their own board games because their were none provided.
