Stayed Nov 14, 2025The apartment is spacious, but could use a little TLC. The space had not be thoroughly cleaned, the floors were dirty, counters had not been wiped off, dirty towels left in the closet and food had been left in the fridge. There were no shades in one of the bedrooms, that is right across from a very bright school, which caused for a loss of sleep this past weekend. Some of the pieces of furniture were broken or falling apart.The photos are a little misleading. The 4th bedroom is attached to another room. It is located about a 15 minute drive from downtown and has a lot of street parking. For the price of the listing, you get a lot of bedrooms, which was perfect for our larger group. It had some thoughtful touches like robes, toiletries etc. I don't know if I would stay here again but it served it's purpose.

Stayed Oct 18, 2025We had a very comfortable stay. The rooms were spacious with cozy beds. Large kitchen, which was also stocked. I was travelling with a large family, and this place accommodated us well. We were here to attend a conference at McCormick Place which was just 10 mins away. Very convenient location.

Stayed Sep 19, 2025Very quiet street and easy access to Soldier Field. The property was spacious and was able to accommodate the needs of our family. The only concern was my inability to operate all the TVs but other than that i highly recommend this unit.
