Whether you're in Raleigh for a few nights or a week, this private downstairs apartment is the ideal place to relax and recharge. Step into a stylish living room with a brand-new Roku smart TV and a full kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook. If you’re dining out, you’re just a few minute drive from downtown Raleigh and right off the highway, making it easy to explore nearby towns like Cary, Apex, Holly Springs, and Fuquay-Varina.

Unwind in your plush, new king bed for a restful night’s sleep. Your modern private bathroom features a spacious stand-up shower and soft, luxurious towels, ensuring comfort throughout your stay.

You may hear foot traffic as there are often guests occupying the upstairs of the home. We have a sound machine for your use in the bedroom with a plush king bed and smart Roku TV.

Also, the kitchen is stocked for cooking on the stove top, but there is no oven or dishwasher. We have supplied a quality toaster oven that also can air fry. You have a full 4 burner stove top with pots and pans, so you can still easily cook.

Please note the hot tub and fire pit are also shared areas. We ask for a 1 hour time limit per group per session to let the upstairs guests enjoy these spaces. If one group is using the fire pit, the other can use the hot tub, and vice versa along with the picnic table and apartment private seating, so there's always an outdoor area to enjoy when you're not exploring Raleigh!

Nice spot good amenities, we had four people and there wasn't bedding for the pullout couch which was off putting. The hosts brought us a blanket and donuts (a super nice gesture) the next day and it was plenty warm so it was okay! The hot tub was great but had some debris which we tried to ignore. Mostly things were really nice and you could tell the owners tried to make things easy and convenient. We had an issue with the upstairs renter's keeping different timetables than us and loosing their mind screaming through the vents (it was very early in the morning but we werent being super loud, I think the tv was at like 13 and two people were talking). We really wished they had taken the time to just tell us it was too loud versus screaming like an irrate waspy suburban mom. We are people who travel and are from a city. It sucks when you aren't used to other peoples noise but that is why earplugs and headphones exist. The house owners literally provided them. Maybe a little sound proofing is in order?
