Great stay!

Excellent communication and accurate description of the place. Since we were only there for the night, we didn’t use many amenities (shower, stove and kitchen), but it seemed like there was plenty of utensils to use. Overall, good value!

It was easy in and out and comfortable.

Quite big room. Clean and cozy Just The room is not very well soundproofed.

The area isn’t up market but seems quiet enough. The property was clean and comfortable.

There was old underclothing and other item under the bed. The floor was gritty under the bed. Could have used darkening shades in the bedroom. The couch cover was not clean.

The apartment in basement was a good size place with a full kitchen. It was very clean. There are renters upstairs and you can hear them walking. Thank you for the nice stay.

Check in was easy and the place was clean. Could use some extra pillows and a firmer mattress. Other than that, a great value

Great accomodation perfect position

It was alright, it was a last minute reservation and I’m so grateful that they were able to accommodate me. However the walls are pretty thin and I could hear the people above the unit, and the pipes or plumbing made loud clicking/tapping noise throughout the whole stay which made sleeping a little difficult. But overall pretty neat place.

The bnb was very clean and had two bedrooms which was great. Also the host got back to us immediately whenever we sent a question about check-in, etc. The instructions for finding the location were very good. Plus it was so nice not to be expected to strip the beds—all we had to do was take out the trash.

Perfect for our layover in Anchorage.

Comfortable bed. It was a bit muggy, and the smell was a little unsettling, and I wasn’t comfortable leaving the doors open to get air in the unit because of the homeless I seen out down the street. The last thing for me was seeing a centipede looking bug crawling in the bedroom. I had quickly gathered my thing and left, upon that discovery. Sorry, I don’t mean to complain. But I was scared, and not the most comfortable.

Great location and comfortable stay. Check in was easy and parking was convenient.Only real issue is the shower was not cleaned before my arrival or at least not thoroughly. There was hair in the drain, walls and roof of the shower. Had to give the bathroom a cleaning on my own. Otherwise was a great spot for a short stay.

The house was perfect for a quick overnight stay. The directions were simple to follow and the place was very clean. My only two suggestions would be to have blackout curtains in the bedroom and provide coffee. Thank you so much for the accommodations.

Great location for quick airport run

Due to our late arrival and early departure we basically only slept at the property. It was easy to get in and out.

Bathroom sink is clogged. No wash cloths. No liners in waste baskets.Unit very clean. Unit was quiet. Thank you

Went down the wrong alley and couldn't find it. Once i went down the correct alley, it was no problem.

The place was basic but very clean. We both got a good nights sleep. Bring your own coffee. Footsteps from upstairs were a little noisy but not excessively so and not at night.

Perfect for our needs of a 1 night stay before heading out on a cruise. Close to airport. Clean and affordable.

Didn’t want to take shower here, without shoes on. Looked moldy/ dirty. Otherwise place was clean. Also, laundry facilities need to say that payment needed. Other places, except hotels, with laundry are free but need to bring soap.

Cute apartment that had everything I needed. The quean bed was way soft and not a comfortable sleep.

Jin and Tyler were very responsive and assisting to us, and the place was very spacious and we'll maintained for us! Would return!

I am a tour guide, so I am blessed to stay in a lot of interesting places. In my 14 years of tour guiding, I can only think of two or three which were not very good. The property itself is quite nice and very clean. However, the lock wouldn't work and I was locked out. The property managers didn't share their contact information, so I was trying to contact an emergency line for VBRO. Finally VBRO made contact with the property owners. They refused to reimburse my costs to get a lock smith to come out and let me back in to gather my belongings. There was a surveillance camera which they said they watched me try to unlock the unit. They said I forgot the number. That was not the case as the number used for the unit was my phone number. They never apologized, nor did they pay me back. As a single female, it's a little unnerving when you have no way of getting into your lodging and no way of getting in touch with the property managers. Given the rudeness and untrustworthiness of the couple, I can't recommend this particular property.

This home is so cute and sweet! The instructions were clear, and the place was super clean and tidy. I would definitely stay here again!

Good communication with manager. Easy access and good central location. Very clean. If you are looking for a fancy lower 48 condo you may not be happy. I really liked this place. Very clean nice apartment. Great bath and shower. Fully equipped kitchen. HUGE TV. Only suggestion black out shades in the bedroom for summer.
