Stayed Dec 22, 2025We loved everything about this apartment and stay. The host met us at the gas station next door and taught us how to use the key fobs, showed us the parking spots and explained everything inside. We found the apartment very spacious and comfortable. We loved that they had a pool, hot tub and sauna. We found it very convenient to all the sites- anywhere that we wanted to go. The hosts were very responsive and when we asked for additional kitchen items and extra blankets, they provided the requested items in a timely fashion. I would truly recommend this place. It is very clean, comfortable and modern.

Stayed Oct 10, 2025This condo was exactly as shown in the pictures. Very roomy, very clean, and perfectly convenient for our stay in southern California. The host's communication was excellent and very accommodating. The location is outside the marina area and very convenient to grocery and restaurants. Also quick access to/from LAX.

Stayed Jul 25, 2025Misleading info on location of property and distance from beach. When picking a house for our family beach weekend with the grandkids, I picked this one because it said 10 minute walk to Venice beach. And the map showed it located on the marina where the kids could enjoy watching the boats. However this is far from what we got. The property is not located on the marina and is a 15 minute DRIVE to Venice beach. When i asked the host about this i was told it was a glitch in the system when pinning the property. Something they knew about and didnt convey to me when i was booking this property. And still they listed it as a 10 minute walk to the beach. The apartment was nice, clean and fit our needs( except for being close to the beach, which is the whole reason we came).However a couple more things to consider about this property is that the traffic noise is very, very loud inside the apartment and the air-conditioning wasn't cooling the apartment.

Stayed Apr 3, 2025Very clean condo located in a very nice and secure building. Owners were very responsive. Garage parking was a big plus.
