- The unit has a monitoring device called Noiseware. It does NOT record conversations. It only measures decibel levels to help us prevent loud music and noise complaints.

- We have a security camera outside the front door. This will be on during your stay.

-Late departure luggage drop-off is not allowed.

-Hot tub is available for use until 10 PM.

Welcome to your home away from home! We have created a set of house rules to guide you through your stay. These are designed to protect our property, respect our neighbors, and ensure everyone has a pleasant experience.

Please take a moment to review our house rules, which include the following:

1. If faced with an unexpected problem inside the unit, guests must constructively collaborate with us in good faith and allow access so we have an opportunity to provide a resolution.

2. We strive to create a positive guest experience for everything within our unit. Guests shall not hold us accountable for things outside of our scope including, issues with travel, weather, events, construction, building matters or issues external to our unit.

3. Quiet hours are from 10PM to 6AM. Please keep the noise down during these times. No parties, gatherings or events.

4. Smoking of any kind is NOT allowed inside the property and the entire building premises.

5. Unauthorized early check-in and late check-outs will result in a charge of the nightly rate.

6. Unauthorized late check-out leading to the cancellation of upcoming guests will result in a charge equivalent to the next guest’s entire reservation.

7. This unit has a maximum capacity of 9 guests. Unregistered guests/s is strictly not allowed.

8. NO PETS allowed.

*Breach of any of the above House Rules may result in a fine of $200-500CAD (except #5 as it will be based on the nightly rate and #6 as it will be based on the next guest’s entire reservation).


9. We are not able to assist or accommodate in receiving mails. If you need to receive mail, you may take advantage of Canada Post`s FLEX service, which allows you to choose a post office nearby where you want the item to be delivered or rent a personal box in the nearest Canada post office to receive your packages.

10. Please check your belongings before your leave. Hosts are not liable for any lost or left items. While mailing could be arranged, any related costs will be covered by the guest.

11. Guests must park in the carport/driveway in front of their own unit.

    Having been on the road for a week with a different location each night it was so relaxing to stay in this beautiful home for 5 nights. The neighborhood is quiet, neighbors are friendly and the hot tub was something we looked forward to each evening. We also stopped by the local store and stocked up on groceries and enjoyed the full kitchen and dining room. Thanks to the host who was very quick to answer any question, this is an awesome place to stay and relax or get out and enjoy the lovely town of Kimberley.

    This house was in a good area of Kimberly with easy access to the town center and surrounding golf courses. The number of beds was perfect for all of our family members. The listing was mostly accurate although there were a few deficiencies that were communicated to the owner in the hopes that these would be taken care of prior to the next booking. Communication was excellent with the host before, during and after our trip

    Four senior gentlemen spent five days golfing in and around Kimberley. The weather was spotty, but if you’ve ever golfed in the area you’ll know there are many excellent courses within 30 minutes drive. Our accommodations provided everything we needed, location, amenities, comfortable beds, hot tub, etc. The pricing was very good and our hosts were quick to respond. One minor issue, if you’re there to watch regular TV you won’t (and with so much to do in the area you shouldn’t), Netflix only.

    This was a great rental with enough space for four fly fishers. The property was clean and well managed. The location is near restaurants and groceries. The owners communicated well and helped make this an excellent stay. Highly recommend.

    Great townhouse on the slopes of Kimberley alpine resort. We really enjoyed our stay. The property was just a shown in the pictures. We loved the layout made for a great central gathering area with open ceiling over the dinning area. The host communication was detailed and we felt well prepared for our stay and check out. Great get away for our family we would stay again.

    The location of the property fit our golf week perfectly. It was located within 30min or less of all our 5 courses that we played at. The price was reasonable for accommodating 4 adults for a week. The property inside and out was clean & quiet.
