Located in Jersey City Heights, a residential area with local energy and more space than downtown.

Central Avenue (5–10 min walk) is the main strip, with restaurants, cafés, bakeries, grocery stores, and everyday essentials.



There’s also a park right across the street, which makes this especially convenient for families and longer stays.



This area feels local, not touristy. You’re close to everything without being in the middle of it.



Getting Around:

This setup works best if you want NYC access without NYC prices or density.



PATH Train (Journal Square)

~1 mile away. Direct access to Manhattan and key NYC neighborhoods.



Bus to NYC (Most Convenient Option)

• Bus stops within 2–10 minute walk

• ~25–35 minutes to Port Authority (Midtown)

Simple and widely used by locals.



Driving

• ~20+ minutes to Manhattan (traffic dependent)

• Easy access to major highways

NOTE: The outdoor grill is not available for guest use due to insurance requirements, but the kitchen includes everything needed for easy meals, including a cast iron pan and a large tabletop grill for grilling enthusiasts. : )
