Sea Vista is located on the beachfront inSouth Padre Island, a barrier island off the southern tip of Texas known for its warm Gulf waters, wide sandy beaches, and laid-back coastal atmosphere. It is one of the most accessible beach destinations in Texas, roughly 5.5 hours from Dallas and 4.5 hours from San Antonio.
The island's main strip along Padre Boulevard has a great mix of casual restaurants, seafood spots, surf shops, and beach bars all within a short drive or bike ride. Dolphin watching tours, parasailing, kayak rentals, and deep-sea fishing charters are all easy to arrange nearby.
For something quieter, Padre Island National Seashore is a short drive south and offers miles of undeveloped coastline.
