    We have stayed at this property multiple times but this apartment was the worst. The air conditioning didn’t work in the western facing bedrooms and the noise of the major intersection on the Gold Coast Highway was extreme so we couldn’t open the windows. The blinds also had huge gaps allowing light in at all hours. We would stay again at the other end of the building but never again on the highway side. We love the convenience of the location and the facilities are exceptional. With so many great restaurants, shopping and the tram line in walking distance it’s a top spot. Just not in this unit.

    Needs updating. Mould in dishwasher. Tears in lounge. Outdoor/ balcony chairs so damaged as to be unusable. Cracks in tiles. Not clean and dusty everywhere. Incredibly noisy all day and night. Blinds have gaps such that the rooms flood with light from 4.30/5am when they sun rises. Kitchen not well stocked. Pool / beach towels not supplied. Bedding and linen needs updating - doonas, blankets need washing.

    We were so disappointed with this accommodation From the photos I was expecting a luxury stay but found it very dirty inside which I took photos and informed the staff the next day after arrival Filthy rubbish bin, dirty floor, towels were stained, the clothes dryer not working, iron not working (which was replaced the next day) Was unhygenic .... even food crumbs in one of the draws

    This was a great spot to stay although there was a lot of traffic noise. Short walk to shops and beach and cafes. We had lots of room for 5 adults and most of the facilities were great with the exception of the dryer which was pretty rubbish. We were away for 5 days with 5 adults and packed knowing we had laundry facilities however it was difficult to get stuff dry when the rack was small and the dryer was average. Also no wifi which in this day and age I thought every property of this calibre would have. Overall though we had a good time.

    I stayed at this property with my family for my partners birthday. There were 6 of us and the unit barely catered for 4. There were not enough chairs, plates, knives, forks and plenty more. I was assured in a message prior to arrival that there were enough kitchen facilities, we were sorely disappointed upon arrival. After noticing this downfall, as well as many others, we contacted Gold Coast Holiday Management and were assured we would have more utensils delivered to the unit by the next morning, this never happened. I recontacted these people after the end of our stay, expressing our distaste with the unit and what it offered, asking for a refund because I paid for 6 people and they barely catered for 4 of us. I was given a $100 voucher to reuse at the property, with fine print that said a $60 admin fee would be applied to the booking, so a $40 voucher. The way my phone calls were ignored suggested they added my contact and noted not to answer me. I am completely disgusted with the way my situation was dealt and I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. I was not contacted by the owners to apologise or offer any kind of reimbursement.
