Stayed Apr 30, 2025For a start, there were absolutely no amenities. They state a sleep well pack with spray mists and oils provided….you don’t even get shampoo conditioner, soap. Kitchen sorely inadequate. No rubbish bags, tea, coffee, dish cloths. Oven doesn’t work. No coffee maker as advised. Ants invaded daily. The kitchen is a piecemeal of items others have left.Air conditioner/heater split system doesn’t work. Lamps are all plastic and fall apart when you turn them on.TV is very basic and the whole place needed maintenance.Owner seems to be from and residing in Pakistan and couldn’t really care less. The one thing it had going for it was the view which was amazing.I did eventually get reimbursed for shampoo and conditioner that we had to go out and buy but was told that was this was a special consideration and is not normally provided!!I totally agree with previous reviews. Avoid.

Stayed Apr 22, 2025This is an unbelievable property location with amazing views of Sidney Harbour and a five minute walk to the South Mosman ferry dock. This allows you to get to Central Sydney in 15 minutes. The unit itself is somewhat older and a little quirky, but that is more than made up for by the fantastic location. The car parking spot is incredibly tight. Anything larger than a motorcycle will be a very tight squeeze. We stayed there a week and did not use the vehicle the entire time. If you can do it without a vehicle that is recommended.

Stayed Mar 22, 2025My wife and I purchased a 5 night stay beginning March 22, 2025 in Sydney. In the VRBO add there is a picture of a beautiful vase with tall tropical foliage in the living room. We found it! Only now it's bent over, dry, and crispy. In a way this kind of tells the whole story. There were major misrepresentations in the add. The following did not exist or work:1. Air Conditioner2. Cooktop3. Oven4. Dryer (there was only a washer)5. Free Internet6. TV7. Coffee Maker/Grinder & Tea Maker The property owner evidently does not live in Sydney. Okay that's normal but here's the kicker. I was texted to call the property manager using WhatsAp. The call was to Pakistan... and was not answered. He did text me back but couldn't fix anything. I spent a lot of time communicating the problems thoroughly to both owner and manager, but the only resolution was the Internet/TV working on the 3rd day. The cooktop/oven was a big deal because of my dietary restriction and needing to cook my own food. We could smell burned electrical in the kitchen, especially behind the stove. No one ever came to fix it. I eventually bought a crock pot and left it there.I complained and asked for a partial refund. The owner was non-responsive. I complained with VRBO and they told me they closed my case until they get a response from the owner! ha haHowever the view is awesome.

Stayed Feb 25, 2025We arrived and got in to the apartment, and found the kitchen infested with ants. Too bad I can’t post any pictures on here. One of the small art work canvas kept falling off the wall and the hook on the wall was held together by a gum. About 4 days into the stay, the top door lock would not work and called the property manager who is not in same country. The property manager is in Pakistan and told me that I had to either arrange different accommodation until they get their repairman who is on vacation at this time or we can called the locksmith on our own and pay for it. And the owner got on the phone along with property manager who is in Pakistan and the owner accused of us of not knowing how to operate the door locks and hangs up. And after that the peppery manager told me to use credit card to wiggle the door to open and stop answering calls.. I have all this documented on WhatsApp. Next few days later, we decided to go to fish market and buy some fresh fish to cook. Well, found out the stove doesn’t work in this place and did not even bother to call that worthless property manager in Pakistan. The place is outdated and felt like 70s feel to it. They only gave us 2 towels for 10 night stay.. the view was only good thing in this place and that’s about it. I never have written a bad review on here but this place deserved it and just wanted to share our experience. Australia is a beautiful country and we will visit again but will never stay at this place ever again.

Stayed Jan 27, 2025Quite simply the view is beyond fantastic, we're fairly regular visitors to Sydney and this apartment has to be at the very top for views across the harbour. The ferry wharf (and bus) are located below the apartment, the newly re-opened wharf now has a lift to street level. The apartment block has a private stairway down to street level, the gate is located in the car park at level 2, there are 51 steps though so you do need to be mobile. The apartment is closer to functional than luxury but was clean and pretty well equipped with all the essentials including a washing machine and diswasher. We arrived by ferry and found that the arrival instructions were a bit vague, maybe a step by step guide would be good - for example there's nothing to indicate that there's a door to the lift near the key box. The air con isn't great, the one in the lounge would not turn on, we found that switching it on and off at the mains worked but it kept switching itself off requiring the reset every time.A broom handle came in very handy for the job! The old window unit in the bedroom makes a lot of noise but doesn't appear to cool at all.But you can forgive the imperfections for the view - has to be one of the very best in Stdney.

Stayed Jun 13, 2024Location, amenities in the flat - absolutely brilliant, safe and friendly environment. Check-in was bit of a treasure hunt, as we got key information only after we had arrived at the property when our digital connections where not yet setup.

Stayed Apr 3, 2024Superb views even on the day the nor’ Easter storm hit. A bit of a struggle parking with anything other than a mid size vehicle but all in all a brilliant stay especially with the convenience of the ferry dock just down the steps from the apartment
