This is a wonderful beach house and a great location. We had a girls trip and enjoyed every minute of it. I think you should know if you want to rent this that you should get an smaller car because the parking area is small. But well worth it I would highly recommend this beautiful beach house right on the water

Beds were on the soft side and the kitchen was net well equipped with essentials other than hard items. No coffee and light on things like that. Nice to have 2 separate bathrooms and living room space was nice

We LOVED having our morning coffee on the patio and chatting with the walkers and especially dog walkers as they strolled by. The unit is a bit dated but clean, neat and well equipped. The location is fantastic.

Location was amazing and the place was wonderful for family of 6 enjoying a week at the beach.

Lovely condo very clean, beautiful views

The condo was wonderful, just as advertised! our group of six adults had our own space, and the space had a great vibe about it. Our only negative nuance we was the parking. A vehicle for six people and luggage (a chevy tahoe) was a very tight fit. We would recommend this property for its location ,ambiance, and amenities to anyone wanting to stay in the mission bay area.

A beautiful property. We love mission bay and have stayed there many times. This property is very comfortable and the location on the bay is great. Communication with Doro the property manager was EXCELLENT!! She is extremely responsive and was very easy to coordinate with.

Great place, right on the bay though very close to the bay walk. Was fun!

Our family of six really enjoyed our stay here for one week! The property management team DORO immediately visited us when the outdoor shower head needed to be fixed. Very impressed with their responsiveness and professionalism And the unit is right on the sand of Bay Side. Our kids swam. Fished. Walked. Had a blast.

Check-in process was very smooth and easy. Parking for the bottom unit was just as described. My dad became a pro at parking a small SUV in that space by the end of our week there. The welcome book explained everything, that was great. Location was perfect. Close to Starbucks, markets, food etc. The rooms were cool and all the beach towels and chairs, etc. were a great plus. This place made this family vacation one that I wasn’t ready to leave from. Will definitely be returning

We were leaving daily to explore. Last day stayed and played on beaches. Parking was extremely tight as we had a large SUV for the 6 of us. We made it work with family upstairs.

The property was very nice and well kept and we enjoyed our stay. The weather was not good the week we were there. Our only real difficulty was with the parking. It is extremely narrow with very little room for error.

Loved the location on the bay. Could walk to ocean. Comfortable 3 bedrooms.

Nice place in the heart of Mission Bay. Easily walk to everything. A ton of great shops and places to eat. Recommend Molly's for breakfast. And easy to get to expresways to get in and out of other areas.

Great house, cool location, all good!

The property is very nice. It’s on the bay a short walk to the ocean. The sidewalk along the bay seemed a bit dangerous because of the fast moving bicycles. The city needs to build an additional walkway for keeping pedestrians safe.

You cannot beat the location of this property! Being able to easily pop out to the beach or walk up and down the path was ideal for vacation. Overall the property is fine, but it’s definitely quirky and needs some love. There were a handful of lights that were difficult to turn on and then a few that would turn off and back on unpredictably including the ceiling fan in the back bedroom which woke us up a couple of times at night. I’d just recommend you turn off all lights at the wall before bed! The appliances in the kitchen are recently updated but the quality of the equipment made it challenging to cook a full meal. The parking situation also isn’t ideal, we were able to fit a Compact SUV into the spot but it was super tight. That being said, the property managers were really responsive and helpful, and accommodated a late check out for us. I’d happily rent with this company again. If you don’t need a car and aren’t set on cooking big meals in the kitchen, then this is definitely a great property, it’s just good to be aware that you’re not getting a lot of bells and whistles and the quirks are definitely part of the deal!

great location right on the bay with a nice outdoor seating area. ample living room seating, kitchen was well stocked, beds were comfortable. so convenient for the kids to play in the sand on the bay side and walk a couple blocks to play in the surf, only a block and across the street to a great playground. the listing mentions the tight parking area and they aren’t kidding - it’s even tight for a small car.

Best location ever! We brought our own paddle boards and we were right on the bay! The condo had boogie boards, chairs and an umbrella and we spent a lot of time at the beach! Short two block walk away, the best of both worlds!

Very good location. The property lived up to the advertisement. We would definately book this unit again. Very clean, comfortable beds, good beach equipment and well equippe kitchen.

The property that we stayed at was perfect for our family. The water on the bayside is calm and so it was safe for young kids. We built sandcastles, had water balloon fights, played catch with a football, etc. We had so much fun with our family staying together in one unit. The management company was awesome, and the place was exactly what we were looking for. 5 stars!

What can I say? This place delivers. Very cozy. This part of Mission Bay is not as busy as the northern part and it's closer to the Mission Bay parking lot. The Kitchen is VERY well stacked. No AC is really not a problem at all. The only thing, as others have said, we brought a bigger car that could barely fit (once you park, get ready to flex you joints and exit through your trunk) or park next to the Bahia Hotel and walk. Other than that, would definitely stay here again.
