It was centrally located in town.

Location is great but it fronts a busy street so the noise of trucks and cars can disturb your sleep. It’s a basic setup, beds are hard and squeaky. It did not meet my expectations for the price I paid. On a positive note, the location is excellent.

It was fine and worked out perfectly as a location to sleep over the weekend. We were very busy and spent little time in the apartment. It was noisy on Friday and Saturday nights after midnight. People leaving bars and walking or driving were loud.

A bit loud at night because it is in the center of town and next to a cinema. We initially had trouble getting the key pad to open the door, and we happened to arrive in Sitka when there was an island-wide wifi and cell outage, so it was impossible to contact the property manager. No one's fault there. It was clean and had all the necessities to cook for ourselves and space for us and our toddler. Beds were not the best. Ultimately, it functioned well as a home base, but we spent most of our time out and about exploring.

Sitka is a beautiful place we come up to fish and visit Friends and Family.

It was very close to downtown and all of our activities. Enjoyed the stay very much would stay again.

We had to call the property manager to finally find it. The property is definitely in the middle of the market area. Our rooms were facing the main street. The entrance stairs have an awkward angle to them, so you really feel off balance going up. The rooms were very clean and tidy. There are broken blinds in the living room and bathroom. We were not used to hearing the traffic, vendors, and the thousands of tourists making noise. This made sleeping in, not possible. We could hear a loose sewer cover being clanged by every vehicle, day and night. There were maintenance and construction crews working on an adjacent area, which added to the ambiance. There is a small tv, which you have to figure out yourself, and only works with your personal streaming services. The apartment is well furnished with appliances, dishes, and cooking utensils. The toilet may or might not refill, so be prepared to toggle the valve in the tank. The heat works fine, but no air conditioning, so the ambient light coming in through the broken blinds would raise the temperature quite significantly. We were definitely motivated to leave every day to go somewhere more quiet. Overall, I wouldn’t want to stay there more than a couple nights. The town has many attractions, and that’s what makes it worthwhile.
