Chevron Renaissance is a modern 3 tower complex and this apartment has the added advantage of having the main reception area in its foyer. It can sleep 4 guests with an additional guest slept on a rollaway bed.

As these are not serviced apartments, we provide a starter pack for your initial convenience consisting of: tea/coffee/milk, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, sachet of washing and dish washing powder and soap. Guests are expected to purchase extra supplies as needed.

Please note: we do not supply pool/beach towels. We recommend either packing them from home or purchasing beach towels once you arrive in surfers paradise.

    A lot of glass(tables,coffee tables) and mirrors everywhere. I wouldn’t call it family friendly. No plastic bowls or coasters for the dining table and only one large coffee cup. Zero instructions for tv or nearby attractions/food venues. Couch isn’t comfy. And I believe is overpriced. We choose to extend our stay as we were in lockdown for 3 days, this room went from having 10 days available too booked out in 1 day. We couldn’t stay even after talking to the host, not very helpful at all. We wouldn’t stay here again! We found a room on another floor for $60 cheaper per night and couldn’t be more happier! Our new room includes Foxtel, board game, labels everywhere and an amazing and understanding host!

    Property was nice , parking was a nightmare and had to speak with security everyday about being able to get our vehicle out ( blocked in ) finally they had cars towed after 4 days and gave us a new parking spot. One lift was out for the week which at times meant up to 30 min wait to get down stairs. Tried the stair to the level two parking only to find no access from the stair well.
