Its bright, roomy and impeccably clean Guests have full access to their private accommodation. Note that laundry washer and dryers are in a shared laundry room on the 3rd floor operated by credit card. I, along with my team are available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are happy to meet and greet however by default we do not. We respect your privacy; therefore, all has been set up for self-check in. The location of this unit could not be better. It's centrally located in downtown San Jose. Anything and everything are within walking distance. Located above San Pedro Square gives the traveler unparalleled access to some of the best food experiences downtown San Jose has to offer.     This is a great place to stay. As I said before, it's a hidden gem! I'm glad I kept researching for the best place to spend the summer. The apartment is super comfortable and the interior design is top notch, when I was staying they were doing some renovations on the building, so if you're staying here after this summer, the chances are that you'll be staying at an even better place! You have all amenities and don't have to worry about a thing.

    This was a great place to stay while attending a conference downtown. Lots of restaurants nearby, which was very convenient. There were night clubs nearby, and I thought it might be a little loud when I saw the earplugs on the nightstand, but I never needed them because noise was never an issue. I wasn’t there on a Friday or Saturday night though. About the only drawback I found was the shower head, which was one of those water-saver types. That’s a pretty minor issue though in an otherwise great apartment. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again on future trips. The property manager, Ryan, was very responsive and helpful. Thanks for the great stay!

    Overall I would give it a 4.5, The location was great and the apartment was clean and in good shape. It was a little noisy since it is located on San Pedro street but overall it was good. Thanks, Tim

    Ryan's place is in a central location in Downtown, San Jose within walking distance to the San Pedro Square, Caltrain station, and many dining establishments. Parking is available in the nearby structure at $150 a month, which also offer free parking on weekdays after 6pm and $5 parking on weekends. The studio is very tidy and has weekly cleaning services. The only drawback is the obnoxious noise from the bar downstairs on the weekends and on Monday, but it is an otherwise a wonderful place to stay. Ryan is extremely responsive and attentive to your needs and made sure that my stay was absolutely satisfactory. I would highly recommend his studio!

    I needed a place for a few weeks to find a permanent apartment in downtown SJ. This was a very convenient spot. Very clean, everything freshly renovated and every little detail thoughtfully considered. Bed was super comfortable and space was utilized very efficiently. Probably one of the most important pieces was the responsiveness of the management. I had a few requests and questions about the property and the response through the app was just great. I really got the sense that the managment cared.
