Sofa bed was not at all comfortable. Booked for 4 people and amenities/coffee/cup was really set up for 2. Otherwise overall decent, given the price. The host is super responsive and helpful.

You could not use all the amenities of the property but were charged property use fees. They were telling us because the room was rented through 3rd party so no room cleaning was provided, ask for new towels but no response, safe wasn't working, called but no response, no pool towels, no access to spa or main pools. Because we booked through expedia we are SOL.

Everything is awesome, excep that I wasn't able to use all the resort amenities, only 1 small swimming pool, because the owner of this property doesnt have membership to use the other amenities. So if you have little kids or want to use everything else at the resort you cant if you rent this property.

They could not find my reservation at first. My last name was mispelled. Check in was late at 4 pm

Wonderfully relaxing accommodations, fantastic Glade spa, and swimming pools. Usually only residents can use all three polls but the jacuzzi was out at the lodge pool so they let use whichever pool we wanted. Highly recommend tasting at the winery.

We had an amazing stay. Everything was great. The owner checked in with us, and absolutely goes out of the way to make sure folks are comfortable- and works hard for those that have left behind some belongings (oops!)!

A perfect unit right in the main lodge of Suncadia right near all the action. Super smooth check in process and our host was responsive when we requested an early check in. Will definitely look to stay here again when we come back.

All was what was advertised

We’re very pleased with this property. The amenities are great, we had a great time. Plus the condo is very clean and the bed is comfortable!

We chose this property solely based on proximity to family. It’s much like a hotel room and had all the basics of one. It was very clean. The only downside is that the lodge itself was TEEMING with people. We arrived Friday night and there were two separate events taking place, lots of noise and the parking lot was FULL. Saturday there was a wedding and while we were gone for most of the day, we found the parking Lott FULL again upon our return. There does not seem to be enough parking in general. No big deal if you’re an able bodied person that can walk a bit. Overall, we’ll probably look book at this location again in the future solely because we have family there.

Comfy stay for a family of 3. The kitchenette with microwave & stove top was great to prepare a few small meals. Owner very responsive.

After the crazy hustle bustle of lodge check in it was nice to settle in and relax. Despite the lodge being fully booked our unit was extremely quiet. There was snow on the ground and it was nice to walk around. People seemed very jolly and merry. Can't wait to go back in the summer.

The room could have been more deep cleaned - curtains and built up dust in mounding. Room is directly above valet so it was loud at times. Room was well stocked and close to elevators. However, there was a scheduled maintenance for hot water where they turned the water off in the entire resort. No way to wash our hands after using the restroom or take showers. Had we known, we would’ve chose different dates to celebrate our mini moon. Slightly disappointing.

Needed an additional night's stay after an eventcat Suncadia. Was a unit in the Lodge itself. View toward parking lot so was quiet with no noise to be heard from the pool. Thank you!

Stayed overnight with our small dog to escape the city fireworks, and it went well! Suncadia is beautiful and very family/dog friendly. We've rented whole homes at Suncadia before, but this was our first time renting in the lodge. Clean and cozy rental unit with lots of toiletries if you forget anything. I had a question about returning the key cards, and the host texted back immediately, which was fantastic. I would rent this listing again for sure. We didn't use the kitchenette, but it would be very helpful for guests with dietary restrictions or traveling with children. Bed, couch, and chairs were all clean and comfy. Bathroom was clean and spacious. This is not the host's fault at all, but the check-in process at the front desk took more than 25 minutes because of the super slow line. Also, there was only one EV charger functioning during our stay, so we didn't get to charge our vehicle before driving home. This is not host's fault either but just an FYI for future guests (that even though they have 9 chargers onsite, you may not get to use them).
