Great location to beach and bars/restaurants. Classy beach vibes decorated to a high standard.

The location to the beach is amazing. Condo had everything you need. Decor in condo beautiful.

The property was very nice and clean. A good location for shopping, the beach, and restaurants. Communication with the owner was great and she was very helpful. We would definitely stay again

This property was perfect. It was very clean, very close to the beach and very calm.

Extremely disappointed! Condominiums common areas were horribly run down! The chairs outside the unit were broken and unable to use,“lounge” chairs” plastic was unraveled and missing. The washer/dryer was rusty and dirty! The parking lot was way in the back of the development where it was desolate and dark! Inside the rental property was nice, clean except that the hot water in the shower was never HOT, and pressure was mediocre at best. First and last time using Vrbo! I’ll stick to hotels where I’m guaranteed better amenities.

We have been here numerous times and hopefully get the opportunity to stay again!! Location is the best and just love the beautiful courtyard

The condo is 1 block from the beach and 1 block from Atlantic Ave. A very short walk to both. Very clean and nicely appointed. I’ve stayed here several times and will definitely return! Thanks for another perfect week April!

I am so happy I came across April’s place! She accommodated an earlier check in. Her place had everything we needed for the beach and the beach was walking distance from the property. We were able to walk to almost anything we needed. I highly suggest her place and hope to come back in the future.

We love this hidden gem and have stayed multiple times! Everything about the place is just perfect! It is decorated so cute and always immaculate when we arrive. The kitchen is fully stocked if you want to do any cooking. Great location! So close to the beach, coffee, shops, restaurants and bars! We walk everywhere! April is a wonderful host! Del Ray is the best!!

Trying to get a feel for Delray and this location was perfect!! Unit was as described and perfect for two people who just need a place to sleep after spending the day exploring Delray. You can walk to everything and complex is very quiet. Host is responsive and has all the amenities there to make you feel welcome. Will be back to the area.

I stayed here for 2 weeks and the studio was excellent. April was very responsive before and during my stay. The unit is updated and decorated with taste. When I arrived, it was spotless. I highly recommend this property.

April offers a lovely condo in the perfect location to enjoy downtown Delray, but come home to a peaceful neighborhood. It’s the ideal combination for a great beach getaway! We hope to come back soon.

The property was clean and comfortable. Everything you need is there. Beach chairs and coolers were a huge plus. Steps to beach and Atlantic Avenue nightlife. No car needed as we walked 42 total miles during the week and saw a lot of Delray on foot. Thanks April!!

Stayed here while moving my daughter into college, perfect relaxing getaway

Each time we walked into the beach house, it was like a breath of fresh air. The bed was super comfortable and April was the best.

Absolutely perfect! We have fallen in love with this place. Beach is a quick walk down a cemented path & A1A. If you love being close to the beach & all that downtown Delray has to offer this place is perfect. We didn’t use the pool at all- it’s nothing fancy & behind building but we didn’t book the place for the pool - we booked it for the beach & location. As other reviews have said: the place is clean, easy access, and April is an amazing host. We will book this place again.

We loved our stay and got to be at the home almost all of the time (since it rained the entire time)! April was great and talked with us frequently to help with things to do since the weather was terrible! She always responded quickly. We had no issues our entire stay! Loved the place!

This is our fourth time staying at this property! We love everything about it! The unit is beautifully decorated, stocked full of everything you need and always very clean! April is a wonderful host and she thinks of every little detail to make it a great stay! The location is perfect! It is a very short walk to the beach and one block away from Atlantic Ave. We really enjoy the convenience of being able to walk everywhere. All coffee spots, little shops and any kind of restaurant are within walking distance. Missing Delray already! We will be back next year?
