    The place looked nice in the the listing and the location is great. In reality, the place was shabby and not very clean. Lowest quality mattresses, which were dirty. Sheets were stained, headboards not attached to bed frame. Towels were threadbare, including one that had holes and fraying. The drain was clogged in the bathtub. One good thing was that a woman named Andrea came to unclog it, which she did professionally and even mopped the floor. The refrigerator was extremely noisy, the floors uneven. No access through front door, only rear.Also just weeds and dirt in the backyard, which made it difficult when it rained. No sidewalk to the carport. The light fixture in the bathroom was not even full of functioning lightbulbs. Motion sensor for hallway light operated erratically, and would turn off and on on its own. The remote control for it had no batteries. To top it all off, owner filed a claim against the Generali insurance policy for damage to a hairdryer and a towel. As I said before, the towels were dismal to begin with, and the occupant doesn't even use a hairdryer and never did. If it was damaged, it happened in a previous stay by someone else. Occupant resided in the Olmos Park area for decades, and can say with certainty that this place is far from the standard for the area.
