Everything was great. Perfect location in town, Everything was 5-10 minutes away. Everything was clean and staff communicated quickly.

This property was everything it claimed to be in the best ways possible. Clean, well situated, welcoming and comfortable. Fernando was very responsive when I had difficulties with the reservation platform (absolutely no fault of his, I was used to a different platform). There were lots of little touches to make our arrival pleasant. Note that if there are more than two people staying, dining in might require creativity because there is no dining table, but it was very comfortable for two of us.

Great location. Communication was very prompt. Clean and very much like home. Nice card and chocolates was a great touch.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! The location is ideal: easy access to both Mass St & KU campus. The apartment is awesome: clean, comfortable, relaxing & interior is recently refinished so “new”. As a return guest, the additional changes/upgrades since our last visit were obvious and much appreciated. Fantastic communicator: Fernando immediately responded to all queries. Several families were visiting our daughter for KU graduation so we reserved 3 adjacent apartments from Fernando - it was absolutely lovely to be collocated through Stay Awhile properties and relaxing together between graduation activities. Loved our stay and would choose “Stay Awhile” again (& again)

The unit was clean and perfect for our needs this weekend. Loaded with lots of amenities and in a great location. Only suggestions to make the stay better would be more ice trays and a bin to store the ice and some cooking tongs. We did notice the dryer needed a couple cycles to get clothes dry and the hot water didn't last long. Couldn't get through two showers back to back. Next time we'll adjust the shower schedule. Other than those minor things it was perfect and comfortable. We'll be back.

Great location and the place was amazingly clean. Easy walk to downtown and while there is noise, it is much better than staying directly downtown. The only change that would make this place more perfect is a chest of drawers in the bedrooms (even a small bedside size would be great) as there is limited storage for non-hanging clothing. Would definitely stay here again!

Ideal location—easy walk to campus, Mass Street, and the football game! The bed was comfortable, parking was easy, and the space was clean. I tried to book again for January but was disappointed to see there’s a three-night minimum.

Perfect in every way!

We had an awesome stay and the location was perfect while visiting KU! We loved the outside common area. It was perfect to sit outside and visit rather than being inside. Check in and check out were very easy. We will definitely be back when we visit our kids again. Thank you!

Nice place Quiet and comfortable. Easy access to KU . We had an issue with the AC which happened late Sunday evening. No one could come out to fix it, but the next day it was fixed and worked great the rest of our stay ! Overall very nice place and we enjoyed our stay !

Communication with Fernando was quick, efficient and very helpful. The apartment was perfect: a quick walk from Mass St as well as KU campus, the interior is recently (re)finished so “new” and an absolute delight in which to relax. Highly recommend!!!

We own a property management company and so are admittedly a little picky about cleanliness at rental places. This place was THE CLEANEST place we've ever stayed. In addition, it's in a fantastic location, perfectly sized, the interior has been recently renovated in a very nice way and Fernando was perfectly communicative: just enough but not too much. The beds were comfortable and we loved the washer dryer IN THE UNIT and everything was well stocked (a couple rolls of TP, coffee with cream, etc). Our only complaint was we tried to watch a college football game and the directv package was so minimal it didn't have espn. But we'll live with that one thing. It was a great stay - thank you!
