Stayed May 26, 2025Wonderful property exactly as advertised. Stunning views from the balcony. The pool was great. Very well maintained gated community. Superb value. Payment is required up front via bank transfer. A few notes, there is no shop in Agra (which is the village where this property is located). There is a small shop in Dumenza about 2 miles down the hill, or the supermarkets in Luino. In Agra there is only a kiosk that sells sandwiches, coffee, alcohol, tabacco etc at the park and two restaurants (which were both good). The park has a deer enclosure which our children loved. By far the easiest way to drive to the property is via the village of Torbera. The TV is the German Satellite feed. Check in is 3pm to 6pm only. You have to arrange a time to meet. Communication with the property manager via text in Italian. The shower area needs some work done on it. As a suggestion I would say the upstairs bedroom is big enough to have an additional single bed, which would reduce the need to use the sofa bed in the dining area.
