3 Minute walk to beautiful AMI beach! Old Florida Charm with a Modern Flair!

The rental property was GREAT! Very well equipped with whatever you need to feel at home. Decorated so nicely and furniture and bedding very comfortable. Actually it is a 3 minute walk to beach as the ad says. Nice neighbor too. Would recommend it to anyone going to Anna Marie Island. I’d say 6 stars!

Keith & Elaine UK, The property is great, Ideal for the two of us, well equipped, recently updated to a good standard, its in a great position for the beach and within walking distance to the centre, there is also access to the trolley bus metres away.

Great property & location. Had a little problem with the TV & internet. Wanda fixed it immediately. Tons of beach stuff - chairs, towels, cooler & wagon. Will definitely try to stay there again on our next trip to AMI!! Thank you!!

The unit was cozy and very clean - perfect for a couple or small family. Everything that you’d need for a short stay was available. The unit came with a beach wagon, small cooler, beach toys/floats, and several umbrellas and chairs. This was awesome, especially given we flew with minimal beach gear. I’d highly recommend this stay to anyone looking for something nice and simple.

We had a great stay at this property! The size was perfect for 3 people and the location was even better, just a short walk from the beach! I would stay here again!

I absolutely loved the house — it was spotless and incredibly well-equipped. Everything was clean, organized, and thoughtfully prepared to make our stay comfortable. The host was very kind and attentive, always quick to respond and willing to help with anything we needed. This beach house was great overall. So clean, less then a full block from the beach, cozy and I truly appreciated all of the extra touches. The paper plates, zip lock bags, shampoo, body wash, aloe, sunscreen, beach chairs, umbrellas, wagon, beach towels and beach toys. So many extra towels and cleaning products. (I like to clean up throughout the week) I wish all rentals were equipment like this house. I would recommend this house to anyone looking for a rental in Anna Maria Island. It was Perfect ! We had a wonderful time and enjoyed the apartement so much. Everybody was very nice and friendly. Steps to the beach - super clean, lovely decor. Kitchen is well appointed. Quiet street and neighborhood.

Home was clean and close to the beach. Easy walk to trolley that takes you anywhere on the island inckuding Publix Grocery. Wanda, the property manager, was fantastic and responded to all communications promptly.

The apartment was clean, beautifully furnished, well equipped and minutes walk from Holmes Beach. Just what we wanted for a peaceful stay on Anna Maria Island … the hosts were friendly and helpful … we hope to return in the near future!

The property is really nice. It was just the right size for us and was so close to the beach. Nice to take a quick walk first thing in the morning to start your day. Beach chairs and large beach towels made out beach days comfortable. The apartment was exactly as pictured and very well maintained. Nice to see a gas grill available. It was a memorable vacation.

The condo was as listed. Cute, quaint, clean and a wonderful location. I would recommend this property over and over!

Perfect place for my wife and I. VERY close to the beach and everything needed is supplied by the owner. Highly recommend.
