We had a great experience. The property was clean and equipped with everything we needed. It was perfect for me and my family including the price.

It is a nice place with plenty of room. The bag of ice in the freezer was super nice!

Close to son’s rental house great. Clean and comfy

Beds were comfy and bathrooms, showers were good. Rooms were clean except for large tufts of dog hair that came out from under the couch. Patio was very dirty and filled with cobwebs. The AC stayed at 78-80 degrees no matter how it was set and we could not get ahold of the property manager until our last night, so sleeping was very warm.

Good location, nice pool for grandkids, kitchen was great for cooking. Our golden retreiver was happy there!

Grounds and Condo very nice. But we did need to purchase toilet paper and paper towels as they were out and no additional rolls were in unit.

Typos in instructions will have you looking for a building that doesn't exist and wondering if left means right or left. Pool is full of debris and had ducks swimming in it, 4 towels total wouldn't have allowed for it anyway. No basics like shampoo, coffee or cooking spray to get started. property manager not enforcing neatness so kids bikes scooters and trash in the shared entry hallway and something that looks like a blood splatter on the lamp shade in the bedroom.

It was within 15 minutes of all we wanted to do. Close to nearby parks. The pool and hot tub were wonderful!

The apartment had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Love the location since it was close to everything I needed. Spoke to a few neighbors, they were all very nice. Only problem was the door lock on getting door unlocked and locked, it was quite tricky, thankfully a physical key was provided as well but still tricky to use. Overall we enjoyed are stay and will definitely be returning.

Nice place parking for a second car was very limited if you arrived later in the evening

Good location and a lot of room, the master was huge, the only thing I wish we had known was that there would not be any washcloths or soap, we had to run out to the store, but the location was great for grabbing last-minute things.

Hostess was very quick to respond. Addressed the dirty bathrooms and towels we found upon check in.Parking is difficult. Other quest they found ants in the bathroom. Otherwise I nice place to stay.

The advance communication was excellent. It was a bit hard to make the lock and key work but my husband became a professional at it. The kitchen was well stocked, and this worked out so well for us to be able to cook most of our own meals and to allow the two grandchildren individual bedrooms.

We stayed in this three bed/two bath condo for over a month. We found to hostess to be accommodating and easy to contact. The condo was clean and well supplied. It was especially good for us as it was ground floor with a ramp entrance and a walk-in shower. My husband is disabled, so we needed that. When my husband was injured (no fault of the hostess) we had to return home early. The hostess refunded all of the money for the time we were not able to stay. The condo is in a complex that is away from major roads, but convenient to shopping. Overall a very satisfactory experience.

Enjoyed our stay, used this place 3 weekends in a row

I stayed for 17 days while heling my son move. Unit was clean and easy to access. The assigned parking spot is really important as there is very limited other parking. It had everything needed to cook which was good since I was there for so long. The location of this unit is near the entrance to the building so people are constantly walking by. I was not comfortable opening the blinds or sitting on the porch. While the unit itself is nice, it is on the first floor and there is NO soundproofing. I could hear every step and crying child in the unit above, and at all hours. Even with that I would consider staying again because the loction is really good.

I come to Boise several times a year and will continue to use this apartment as that its convenient to where I need to go and the price is on point!!

I had to come out for a weeklong business trip and my wife came out to hang out by the pool. This location was wonderful. It was convenient to downtown Boise and convenient to my office in Nampa. The furniture and accommodations were great. The beds were soft. The apartment had everything and anything you could think of the kitchen was well equipped. There are several grocery stores nearby and some wonderful quaint restaurants and cafés too, but we cooked several dinners at the apartment which was nice to have all the Items in the kitchen to use. If we come back as a couple for a week or several days, we definitely would use this apartment again. Communication with Stacy was great ability of getting in and checking out was extremely easy too five stars all the way around. Also, my wife spent a lot of time out by the pool and it was extremely nice and clean and well maintained, and there are actually several ducks that were floating in the pool at the same time. The apartment complex and pool are all very family friendly.
