Apartment with 100sqm comprising 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, living-dining room and kitchen. It is centrally located on calle Mateos Gago, just 50 meters from the Cathedral. Suitable for up to 6 guests.

The elegant interiors are decorated in a classic style combined with modern elements. Marble flooring contrasts nicely against the solid dark wooden furniture, rugs and original art works. There is central air-conditioning (cooling / heating) and high speed fiber optic internet connection.

Two windows facing south run across a pleasant living-dining area, from where one can enjoy side views of the Cathedral. There is a sofa, bench, coffee table and TV. Dining table with 6 chairs.

Adjacent to the living area is the modern kitchen equipped with all main utensils and appliances for self-catering, including: oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Off the kitchen there is a laundry open-room with a washing-machine and dryer.

A corridor leads to the 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Each bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and its own en-suite bathroom with shower. The 3 rooms are located at the back of the building, making it a quiet and peaceful place to sleep.

The apartment is on the third floor of a residential building, with elevator. There are restaurants, cafes, bars, squares, churches - all literally at your doorstep.

    The apartment location was great. Restaurants are immediately outside your building. The beautiful cathedral church bells ring just down the street. Staying here makes you feel like you are in the true heart of Sevilla. The view from the front windows is wonderful. The hosts are super friendly and responsive. A/C works great. Small two person elevator works fine. Be aware that taxis do not drive on the street in front of the building. Be prepared to walk a little ways with your luggage to get to the apartment. But the location makes it so worth it. There were no bath wash cloths, but that seems to be common in Europe. We sincerely hope to come back to this apartment and location again.

    The location was absolutely awesome. Right in the heart of a lot of of shops, restaurants, and the magnificent cathedral. The one negative to report was the fact that the heating and cooling units were still set to heat in two of the bedrooms, and it was very warm when we were there. There was no relief from the heat as the units needed to be reset and it was not something that we could control with the remote controls. Someone did come and reset the units accordingly the next day. One bedroom and the main area of the flat were set to cool. Also, there were not additional supplies in the house, such as toilet paper and paper towels.

    This apartment is exactly as advertised. Big enough for our family if 5 to spread out, nicely outfitted if you want to cook, or imbedded within the Cathedral district to just walk out to eat and see things. You could easily stay here for a long term stay if you’d like.

    Very clean and spacious apartment, perfect location on a pedestrianised street very close to the Cathedral and Alcazar Palace Carrefour Express at Plaza Alfalma is well stocked and an easy walk, taxis available at Alfalma and the Cathedral A good choice for our first visit to Seville

    The location and the apartment itself are great. The apartment is clean. Only improvements are related to minor repairs such as bathroom doors and balcony doors don't close or lock. Shower drains are very slow. Aside from that, it was all perfect.
