Stayed Feb 3, 2026The location could not be beat. We walked to Epic universe, took about 15 minutes. Short drive to the other Universal parks. The condo was very clean and had plenty of space. The pool was great. Unfortunately the tub was clogged and the toilet ran in the upstairs bedroom. If you are planning on cooking, all of the pots and pans are available as well as salt and pepper but there wasn’t any other spices or oils. Also be prepared to buy trash bags (we were given two) and laundry detergent. I would definitely recommend the place tho and would stay again!

Stayed Jan 5, 2026The communication with both VRBO and the host was awful. I spent literally hours on hold. Once we got to the property we found the front & balcony doors unlocked, the TV was on, mold on shower curtains, balcony door blinds broken, windows unlocked, dresser in bedroom looks like it was purchased from Goodwill, lock on front door not secure… could be opened with credit card, microwave turntable does not work and there is a burn on the inside of its door, refrigerator water filter light is on and filter needs to be replaced. The property is in need of general repairs.
