Stayed Dec 5, 2025Location to York centre excellent. Lots of equipment in kitchen, beds v comfortable, showers too, second stay here and would definitely recommend.Some minor improvements would be addition of a coffee table in lounge and wardrobes in bedroom, also a manual for the microwave which us numpties couldn’t workout how to use

Stayed Sep 30, 2025Lovely, spacious apartment close to all of York’s major sites. Kitchen is well stocked for cooking a meal. Loved the heated drying rack! Highly recommend this spot.

Stayed Jul 27, 2024Had a lovely stay here.Couldn’t find fault with the appt. Only problem was gaining entry. Had to contact owner on arrival as my email from VRBO instructed me to advise property manager of approx arrival time about an hour beforehand so that property could be made ready for someone to greet us. Which I did.On arrival no one was there so I had to contact Alison the owner. Seemingly VRBO should have forwarded me entry codes and instructions. Alison couldn’t have been more helpful and stayed on line to give me instructions to enter.

Stayed Jun 10, 2024It said we would be greeted on arrival.Didn’t happen spent awhile working out codes to get in .No BBQ or hot tub .It wasn’t mentioned that there was two flights of stairs.Could not find the DVDS. We were told booking in 4pm and out 11am the cleaner arrived at 10 20am asked what time were we leaving.All this information was on the VRBO app. I am 80 and the others are late 70s .

Stayed Apr 2, 2024The apartment was ideal for our every need. It had parking, the welcome pack of goodies was lovely. The size of the aprtment was comfortable. The kitchen was very well equiped. It was just a perfect stay.
