3-Bed, 2-Bath Villa with Pool in Placencia Village

The property was nicely located to the beach, sidewalk and many restaurants and shops. It had all the amenities that we needed for making meals in the large kitchen. It was clean and comfortable. Thankful for the washer and dryer as we were able to use it during our stay. The beds were quite firm and needed some time to get used to them. The outside deck boards might need a little maintenance as some of them are loose. The pool was great because we came during the sargassum time. It would have been nice to have a pool skimmer net so we could help clean it when needed. Overall, we’d definitely stay here again.

This spot is almost on the beach, close to great restaurants and the best gelato on this side of the world. The home was clean and comfortable with all the needed amenities. Our showerhead was broken tho.

The Mirasol apt was perfect! Great location right near the beach and sidewalk. The apt was very well furnished and the kitchen was fully stocked with anything we needed. The pool was a nice feature to have on the hot, humid days. Ron from Flowers Property Management was amazing, he was super responsive and assisted us on anything we needed. We will definitely be looking to book again next time we are in Placencia.

The apartment was pretty well equipped and served our needs well. The pool needed cleaning so we didnt use it and there were some minor maintenance issues, that did not really affect our stay, we advised housekeeping about.

We had 3 adult couples (65 in ages) stay at Marisol 3 bedroom condo and we loved it. The kitchen was very complete, as we did make our own food several times. The master bedroom was large and comfortable with its own bathroom. The 2 other bedrooms shared a bathroom, which worked good for us. The BEST things about this place was that we had such good customer service from Dwayne Flowers and his team. We got into town in the rain, with lots of traffic and road construction and we could not find our place to park. We called Dwayne Flowers and his assistant sent someone to meed us within minutes and she helped us park, and walked us to our condo. She was so helpful and kind. We would definately visit again to Marisol 3 Bedroom Condo.

Perfect location, clean and tidy inside. Check in was a breeze with a friendly face walking us through the unit. We had a great time and I certainly will be renting this unit again!

Sorry for the late review. We had booked Marisol for a trip for my adult brothers, sister, Mom, and myself to visit a relative in Belize. Upon arrival the host met us and informed us that the air conditioning unit in the master bedroom was not working, but they had already contacted an electrician to look at it. Turned out the unit was bad but the crew was there the next day to replace it. This was just an example of the great service that the host provided, and the unit itself was clean, spacious, and close to the beach, restaurants, and docks. Definitely a great deal and stay.

This place was in the perfect location for us! We could walk everywhere in a few minutes. Loved how close it is to the beach! Pool was a plus for just relaxing too! The living space in this unit was perfect for the 6 of us.

This was a wonderful place to stay for both adults and children. The location was perfect and the residence nice and clean.

Placencia is a beautiful little town. The beach was awesome! Our house was very comfortable, and Imelda made all the difference!! She was quick to respond to every one of our little questions and concerns, which helped us to feel at home. The little bar at the hotel in front of us was very friendly and a great place to hang out during the day. We had a wonderful stay and hope to come back.💖
