This second-floor studio is part of the Powder Village Condominiums in the Sunriver Business Park, offering guests immediate access to restaurants, salons, laundromats, and other businesses. You'll be just one mile from the Village at Sunriver and the Meadows Golf Course, 17 miles south of Bend, and 19 miles from the famous winter slopes of Mt. Bachelor.
Thoughtfully designed to maximize its square footage, the intimate living space features plush leather furnishings, WiFi throughout, and a cable TV for quiet evenings at home. Begin each morning by brewing a fresh pot of coffee in the full kitchen, which features full-size appliances and plenty of cabinet space to store your groceries. Flip pancakes on the stove and gather around the cozy kitchen table. You can also warm up by the gas fireplace nearby. In the evening, fire up the gas grill on your private balcony.
Whether you're in search of winter snow sports or family-friendly summer recreation, the Sunriver offers it all in the heart of Central Oregon. Rent some rods and tackle in the Village at Sunriver and spend a day fishing on the Deschutes River. Come wintertime, ski or snowboard on a total of 88 runs that traverse 3,683 acres and 3,365 vertical feet at the beloved Mt. Bachelor.

The indoor pool at the SHARC facility is open year-round. The outdoor pool at SHARC is open from mid-May through September.
This home also includes shared access to a private pool from Memorial Day through Labor Day.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Carpets were stained and filthy. However, property management has them professionally cleaned during our stay. They were expectedly damp afterwards so it limited our time inside unit. Beds hard and difficult to physically get into (loft).
checked in to find it had not been cleaned. filthy, bathroom had dried vomit all over. had to wait several hours until it was cleaned came back to find vomit still on wall of bathroom, mold in the shower, bug nests in the shower, and on the ceiling of the main room. black mold in the light fixtures, food stray on the table, wall and window covering by the kitchen table. pillows had fluid stains on them, bed was so broken down that we slept on the floor to avoid further rib bruising due to frame poking through the matress. glassware all chipped resulting in cup lip while taking a drink. had to use personal water bottles instead. key to the home was found ontop of the lock box by the door. not secure. a members of family broke out with a rash by the morning.
This place needs a overhaul. Not very clean at all and sleeping arrangement is very awkward. Good location very quiet.
The process was great through VRBO
The unit could have been cleaner. Lots of stains on the carpet, throw rugs looked dirty. Cobwebs around the ceiling lights, small deck hadn't been swept off. Bird droppings and pine needles all over the deck.
The condo and location were great. Only suggestion, add that there is no air condition at the site. Appreciated the fan and the fact it was a abnormal heat wave.
The space was clean, however of the four small windows, two had no screens and there’s no AC. It’s an A-frame design with a large window at the top so the sun shone straight through because there’s no shades, making it not only extremely hot, but very bright at 5 AM when the sun rises. Can’t open the windows without screens because of mosquitoes leaving it’s very stuffy. Lastly, the two loft beds upstairs are unsafe for small children due to a large drop off and the mattresses were terrible. Would not stay here again.
The dishes were filthy! Should not be renting a unit without a dishwasher for sanitizing dishes and silverware during covid--no exception!! Should not be advertising or charging for a pool when they knew in advance that it would not be open! Called in advance to verify it would be open and was lied to. Terrible customer service!
Convenient and clean, we had a great first stag experience in Sunriver
Teen daughter and I enjoyed our 3 day weekend. Perfect size for two. Kitchen well appointed. Entrance door in internal covered area with all lights burned out and pitch black in mid-day. Hard to see to enter door password. Caught the office before they closed, and maintenance team got new lightbulbs installed in no time flat. One drawback—no AC (I called and the online rep said she saw a control panel by back door (just a temperature monitor), and assured me there was AC. Unfortunately the beds were up in hot loft area. Two portable fans provided on main level, but didn’t provide any relief up in loft, and screen missing on loft window, so couldn’t open with the bugs.
