2nd Floor Flat in River North - 2S

It's truly a great experience for us students to travel in Chicago, espeically the cozy environment and big capacity for 6 ppl.

The stay was nice, place was clean, fair price, and great location. The host was quick to respond. The booking and check-in process are unnecessarily difficult- sending instructions a hour before is not sufficient for people traveling from out of town. Please consider sending 12 or 24 hours in advance like other rentals.Very basic amenities. Not recommended for anyone infirm since the building is old and the stairs reflect the age. There is a hand rail inside.

This was our second time staying. It's in a great location, the building & room is coded. Great communication, and clean!

The place was decent and certainly met our needs. But the pictures definitely oversold it. That and all of the instructions left for the place were incorrect or difficult to read.

Nice place which if it had a bit more finishing touches would be perfect. It has beds for 8 people with 2 not all that comfortable couches in the primary seating area.

The apartment was great with having three teenagers and two bathroomsThe rooftop was a plus to relax and teens hanging out watching traffic go by.

The apartment is modern and stylish, but needs some touch up paint and working blinds. The bunk bed room had very comfortable and cozy beds. We didn’t use the beds in the front bedroom as they were uncomfortable. Location was fine and close to the L. All in all, not bad for the price, but no extra touches.

The location was great, convenience stores within walking distance. Plenty of space for our group of two adults and two teen girls on a mother/daughter trip.

Easy to get around the city.

It’s a great location. Everything is nearby I never had to travel outside of 10 minutes to all the places I wanted to try out. Laundry room takes quarters and didn’t work. I wanted to clean clothes before I left. There are stairs no elevator to bring your things in. Also the rooftop can use some covers for the furniture for inclement weather. Host answered all of my questions promptly. Private parking was great also.

This place perfectly suited our group of 7 adults meeting up from multiple states. We were able to walk to meals and events for most of the trip because the neighborhood is great! The space itself is spacious and well accommodating. The rooftop deck is a great place to relax and take in the city.

The owner is very good about responding. I messaged outside of work hours a few times and still got prompt responses, and the owner was very proactive with check-in and check-out instructions. The apartment was very spacious and well maintained. We had a group of 8 and we fit comfortably in the apartment, and it was obvious that there was room to accomodate more. There are bus stops and a train stop within a couple of blocks from the apartment so transportations is very convenient, and there are ample food options nearby as well. doubling up.

Place was clean and it was great place to stay if you want to be just out of the city. Would definitely stay again

We were nervous booking a place in Chicago not knowing the area well but were very happy with the space, location and affordability of this place. The big open area in the center was perfect to gather, while the bedrooms were separated allowing for peace and quiet. Easy walking distance to coffee shops and shopping. The rooftop offers a great view of the skyline especially at night. Very responsive property manager.

Absolutely everything was AMAZING! One thing that was a small problem was someone was always parked in front of the garage..but they were quick to move.

We had a fantastic stay here. Our group was two families -- one consisting of a couple and a 7-year-old, the other consisting of a couple and two 7-year-olds. Each family shared a bedroom. The flat provided plenty of space for all of us. It was really nice to have a common area (the living room/dining room/kitchen) -- something that two separate hotel rooms wouldn't have offered. We loved the rooftop access, and we ended up hanging out up there quite a bit. And having two free parking spots was fantastic. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Water Tower area of Michigan Avenue. Lots of restaurants close. Plus, there's a park with wide-open lawns and a great playground just a five-minute walk away.

This place was great for a dad’s/son Cubs baseball weekend. When I come back to Chicago I will be booking this place again!

Property is located in a amazing area . Would definitely stay here again .
