Stayed Aug 22, 2025It is a nice location. Pretty condo but there were areas not clean. A lot of dead bugs in corners of living room. Bathroom shower had a big pile of hair spotty dirty shower sheets looked stained and dirty. Listing had coffee maker but didn’t specify that it was a Kerig and no Kerig pods were provided. The outdoor deck light was bright in the house with no option to turn off. The

Stayed Aug 24, 2025The property exceeded expectations, was a very nice place and the location was perfect. Only 9 min to north beach about 10 min to the golf course and 20 to the heart of Garden City. Was a very nice stay and would very much stay there again.

Stayed Jul 11, 2025This was our 15th consecutive year going to Bear Lake. And the stay at North Beach Flats was one of best places we’ve stayed. Great location, safe for my family, and plenty of room. Minor delay when checking in, but the host was quick to respond, and provided great customer service. Highly recommend staying here.

Stayed Jun 29, 2025Me and wife stayed here for a couples nights to visit bearlake and it was so beautiful, the view from our windows were breathtaking. Will be booking again!
