Lovely little property in a sweet area off the beaten track of more touristy areas. Quiet, peaceful haven with complete privacy in the yard, a fully stocked kitchen and a lovely layout. Simple, cozy and quaint, would happily stay here again.

Great place to stay! Clean and spacious, everything was provided. Even laundry detergent :) lots of seating for a whole family and it is in nice neighborhood that we felt safe to stay. Definitely stay again.

Great spot for a family with kids. Spacious enough and parks and shops are a quick car ride away. Outdoor space is on the property and it’s a bright space for a basement unit. Cozy and clean, perfect t for our overnight in Delta. Thank you!

This beautiful space is exactly as pictured and includes a lovely garden and patio sitting area. We attended a family wedding and were in and out many times. The location is good but trying to navigate in Ladner is difficult!!!! Thank you for having us and making a family visit possible.

My husband and I rented the space along with my parents in law. The space had everything we needed, a full kitchen, 2 bedrooms, bathroom, dinning space and a cozy living room. The space was very clean, quiet, and peacful. The backyard is beautiful. Parking and entry to the suite was easy. The host was very nice to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again!

This was a perfect location for the event we attended. The back yard garden is very relaxing.

The host, Janice was a super host; the accommodation was immaculate and our stat exceeded expectations.. Janice drove us to grocery shop and find a liquor store as well as made a phone call bookings for us. Thanks Janice!!

Check-in was easy/smooth. Janice provided detailed instructions/pictures of where to park and access the home. The kitchen had everything needed but was a bit lacking in food storage for leftovers (e.g. if you made a meal, there were no covers for plates or bowls or wrapping of any sort).The beds were comfortable and had extra blankets in case it got cold. The home in general was tidy, but there were remnants from the previous stay (hair on the ground/fridge/countertop), so perhaps a once over after cleaning would be ideal. Janice was kind and helpful; overall stay was wonderful.

I would recommend this stay because it was great having 3 beds, two of which were bedrooms. My friend who slept on the cot/pull out bed said it was very firm, which was fine for her because she prefers a harder mattress. The other beds were comfy and had lots of extra room, and the place looked just like the pictures. The kitchen was cute with coffee, tea, and handy appliances. We didn't use the kitchen except for cups, but someone staying for longer could use it to cook. I took off one star, though, because there were kind of a lot of spiders. That makes sense because it is a basement place, but I think some traps or maybe bug spray would be good to add because there were a couple that weren't so tiny, but it probably wouldn't bother someone who's not afraid of spiders. It was a really nice place overall, and perfect for my 21st birthday trip. We were mostly in Vancouver for the trip, which was about a 40min drive. The owner lives upstairs, but the sound didn't travel much so we hardly noticed her. Would definitely book again if I visit BC.

Lovley house, would have loved to stay longer. Easy to get around place, clean and functional. In thr short time we had there jist sat on the back watching ducks in the creek.

We had a problem at the beginning of our stay, but the owner resolved it quickly. Excellent communication, peaceful environment, beautiful garden, and a nice town nearby. Very satisfied.

We were travelling with small kids so looked for something with a bit extra space for feeding them and not feeling trapped after early bedtimes - and Janice’s home was perfect for our needs. The description and photos are accurate and the space is so nice. Location wise was a bit far for us as we mostly drove to Richmond and downtown Vancouver, but planning for traffic was fine. We found an awesome park in town and some cute small shops in Ladner that the kids liked. We would definitely stay again for future trips

Amazing fully furnished suite, great stay, large suite, amazing counter space, great location for everything we needed. Great place to make home base for this leg of our bird watching road trip!! Yay for the barn owls in the area.

Janice is amazing and her space is perfect. So quiet and bright and was perfect for myself but would be amazing for a family as well. It has everything. Janice is so fast to respond to messages and so very accommodating. Janice went out of her way to take me to my surgery and checked in with me throughout my stay to see how I was doing and if I needed anything for my post surgery comfort. I highly recommended this beautiful space. You will not be disappointed.

Perfect for what we needed

Was super comfortable and clean!

Very well equipped, clean accommodation. No surprises, check in instruction was great, we arrived late evening and had no problem accessing the unit . Would definately recommend this unit to anyone wishing to stay in the srea.

There was a lot of space to relax in and all of the furnishings/decorations were clean and nicely styled - a very welcoming atmosphere! We really appreciated the use of the private laundry.The house is nicely stocked and the appliances are new and clean. If you plan to do a lot of cooking you will want to maybe ask for, or supply yourself with a couple of pots and a can opener. Would love to come back when the flowers and gardens are in bloom! Television and Wi-Fi were appreciated. All told it is a great place to stay!

Our family met at this home away from home for an impromptu Thanksgiving gathering. Comfortable queen and double beds in separate rooms. The single bed was too hard for our daughter. Full sized kitchen and dining room for 6. Lovely backyard garden, with farmers field.beond. We only missed having more pots and pans for cooking a full meal. We would stay there again.

The place was perfect for our trip with disabled mother-in-law. It’s single level whole apartment with shower. It has everything we needed with parking in the driveway, eliminating the need to look for street parking. Another plus is the lovely backyard which was nice and flat. Beds were super comfy and the linens were pleasant. Only thing I would change is maybe the couches were too soft which made watching tv challenging. But will definitely book again next time we heading to the area & highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfy stay.
