    Our stay in the property was brief due to a sensitivity to the fragrance piped through the system. The property is in an urban location - very convenient in downtown and close to the convention center. However, it is a refurbished industrial building and it appears that there are still some lasting chemical smells that they are trying to clean-up. Also, there is a significant presence of homeless people around the property. Free valet parking is offered and the check-in system helps keep the building secure but walking around outside may feel uncomfortable. That being said, the unit itself is very spacious, a comfortable arrangement for families and small groups. The property management is responsive. They got back to me quickly when I explained my physical reaction to the scent and we resolved the matter quickly. While it did not work out for us, I did see many people living there so it may be a comfortable arrangement for others. Certainly the huge space, free parking and convenience in the downtown area may make it appealing.

    We stayed due to a conference at the Sheraton, which was about a 7 minute walk away. It was the perfect distance from all of the traffic surrounding the venue. The pictures provided to indicate the correct entrance were very helpful. I did have to communicate with the host more than expected, because parking info wasn't shared until asked. I was very happy that the stay came with 1 valet free park since parking downtown can add up very quickly & the street parking outside the building incurs a ticket by 7 am. It is an industrial building so there were definitely noises to identify. Lol. There is an empty parking lot next door and sadly numerous homeless people in downtown ?.

    The propery could have been a bit cleaner, specifically the floors and the faucets. We found black mold under the kitchen faucet that we gave a good cleaning to. We liked the minimalist feel of the propery, but TVs in the bedrooms would have been a nice touch. There is a random clicking/tapping in the wall almost every morning that would wake us all up. There were no towels on site when we arrived, but someone was able to deliver some rather quickly. I would have given this property a 4 star, if the pungent motor oil like smell throughout the building and aparment hadn't permeated everything we brought with us. We had to wash all of our clothes all over once we returned home. Not to mention, our luggage has the same smell.

    Unfortunately the neighborhood has got a homeless problem not the hosts fault but other than that very spacious and clean
