The apartment is arranged to give you room to breathe. A dedicated workspace with an Ethernet connection and Wifi keeps you productive without eating into your living area, while the TV is right there when you need to switch off. Air conditioning and heating maintain a comfortable environment no matter how the day outside plays out. A safe is available for added peace of mind.

Sleeping arrangements

Two bedrooms offer comfortable sleeping for up to four guests. Bed linens are provided, and room-darkening shades help you control the light for a proper night's rest. Clothing storage, hangers, and an iron are on hand to keep things tidy during longer stays.

Both bathrooms are stocked with the essentials - shampoo, conditioner, body soap, shower gel, and a hair dryer - so you can settle in without a checklist. Hot water is always available.

A washer and dryer are available in-unit, along with extra pillows and blankets and a full set of towels - everything you need for a stay that actually feels like home.



Building & access

The apartment has a private entrance and is located in a building with an elevator. Self check-in via keypad makes arrival easy at any hour, and luggage drop-off is available for early arrivals or late departures. Free parking garage on premises is available (subject to availability - contact the team to request your space), and free street parking is also an option nearby. Long-term stays are welcome, and cleaning is available during your stay.

Sitting directly across from Plaza Midtown in Providencia, the apartment places cafes, restaurants, and everyday conveniences within easy reach. Check-in: Nuestro staff puede recibirte en el lobby entre 4:00 p.m. y 5:00 p.m. Si necesitas hacer check-in fuera de ese horario, por favor contacta a tu anfitrión. Nota importante: Reservas de último minuto: Si realizas tu reserva después de las 9:00 p.m. del día anterior a tu llegada, o el mismo día del check-in, el departamento estará disponible para ingresar a partir de las 6:00 p.m. Check-out: La salida es a las 11:00 a.m. Recuerda apagar el aire acondicionado antes de tu partida y notificar a tu anfitrión.

Nota importante:Es muy importante que nos haga llegar los nombres de todos los huéspedes y su hora estimada de llegada al menos 24 horas antes de su arribo. En caso contrario, el condominio podría restringir el acceso, y lamentablemente Del Mar no podría hacerse responsable de dicha situación.

Te sugerimos rentar un auto o utilizar plataformas como Uber para moverte con facilidad y disfrutar de los restaurantes, comercios y atracciones cercanas.
