No A/C in 80degress There’s no air conditioning in this room, and it’s already 80 degrees. . The last 2 nights were hell and the owner lives in above and you hear kids running .

This property was not clean. The sheets were dirty and had not been changed. The kitchen floor was sticky and the dishes were dirty with food on them in the cabient. The shower was dirty.The host didn't respond promptly and did not refund money that was agreed. I would not stay here again.

Renters beware. As soon as you walk in the house you see a closet with no door filled with airconditioners. No amenities, except coffee and hand soap.Stayed for 5 nights was given 4 towels and 2 washcloths for 4 people when I arrived until I complained, then I was given nicer towels.Place not very clean.Discovered garbage under the main bed left by other guests when I was looking for a lost earring. Second bedroom had an electric outlet pulled out from the wall and closet was full of host stuff, couldn't use it. The refrigerator ice maker and water dispenser did not work. Host said another guest broke it.No dishwasher, had to buy dish detergent because they left 1/2 inch of liquid in a large bottle to wash the dishes.The stove was filthy inside as well. The countertop was cheap formica and not granite as he claimed. The bathroom was disgusting. We were given 1 roll of toilet paper for 6 days. Had to buy toilet paper. Discovered the shower was filthy. Bottles of shampoo was left by other guests and there were stains where the bottles were. Looks like they never moved them to clean the shower shelves. The bottom of the shower was rusted and stained around the perimeter. There was a washer and dryer in the basement but you had to pay to use them. Positive, the house was in a good location.I took pictures. of all of the issues mentioned above.

Served the purpose for our stay on the MA/RI line area. The owner was receptive to any questions and requests and very responsive to our needs. The property is an old 3 story tenement house with 4 apartments located in a congested and less than desirable location of Pawtucket.

The property was good for an overnight, but I have trouble imagining that it would be comfortable for several days. We appreciated that the property was clean, and it was evident the owners had recently renovated the apartment. When we asked the owner to fix the hot water - there was none - they responded quickly and resolved the issue. However, there's no living room. The living room was converted into a third bedroom, so you walk off the street and right into a bedroom. Therefore, the only common areas for getting together are in the kitchen, which might be an issue if you stayed for several days. The kitchen has very little cooking equipment, and there are only enough dishes for two people. Also, some of the renovations require more work; part of the shower glass wasn't properly installed, so there was a sizeable gap at the bottom.

House was dirty. No hand towels in bathroom or kitchen. No wash cloths. No sharp knives. Freezer was full of whole nasty fish and meat, looked like it had been there for a long time. TVs did not work first day. One ac did not work first day. Bedding was stained. Laundry room in premises was out of order. House is right by I 95. Plates and other dishes were chipped. Was very disappointed and would not recommend. For the price it was sub par.

I honestly can't say how nice the apartment was.. so it may actually be quite nice... The reason I can't say that is because the host cancelled my reservation at the very last minute because someone else was there trying to check in without me so I violated a code - what's wrong with this picture is there was no one else in my party that should have been there without me. The host barely tried to contact me before immediately cancelling my reservation. I am concerned about who else was trying to get in to the apartment and very frustrated with the lack of effort by the host to see what was going on. I had to get a last minute hotel for my stay with my family and the host did not respond to either me or the customer service reps who tried to call them. At this point I don't care how nice it could've been- it seems like there's bigger issues going on

Living room very goodKitchen -- would have been helpful if we had known that there was a keurig machine and needed coffee . very little staples-- salt, pepper, sugar packets, powered cream for coffee.. No extra paper towels and no tea towels.Bathroom- no extra rolls of toilet papers , liquid soap need a dispenser. Inside the top of the shampoo bottle was dirty.Bedroom - 1st to left. had a sticky end table. had not been cleaned properly.Host replied fairly timely.easy access . location very good for us.

Kinda janky. No hand towel in the bathroom, bathroom lock was broken, bed made with a bed runner and top sheet but no blanket or comforter, couches with reclining chairs that don't work, broken window shades.

Great location with ample street parking. The host promptly responded to all requests.

Wonderful space, convenient to everything we wanted to do. Apartment was in great condition with everything we needed, host was very good about answering messages and was extremely friendly and helpful. Would definitely be happy to stay here again!

I had two of my employees staying at the apartment for a week while working in the area. My guys had no complaints and my dealings with the manager although infrequent were pleasant.

Everything was great. Just note that the couches are electronic, so look for the buttons. Also no bathtub, just a shower. Overall great experience. Would stay here again.

The 4 i gave here is a little generous, but a 3 felt too harsh. Here was the scoop of our stay.The price was right, and it wasnt awful...However, the parking was not as available as described. It was only 1 side of the street, and we had to drive around a few blocks to find a space.The pots and pans provided were teflon and all but the smallest were scratched up enough where they were a health hazard. This seems like a Karen complaint i know, but they were really bad; like someone had been at them with hars grit sand paper and kitchen knives. There was only one roll of toilet paper, which luckily did not run out but we couldn't find where any more was stored.Also, the blinds were broken, there was a lot of noise of children or perhaps a dog scampering around in the unit above us in the mornings, and we couldn't get the thermostat to adjuat and warm up the first night.Still, honestly these are all sorta nit picks, and the price was good.We had a busy weekend at a convention so we didn't spend much time in the apartment. I didn't reach out to the host just because we didn't have the time and it wasn't important enough. I'm sure they would have addressed these concerns to the extent they were able if we had.

Beautiful home and the host is very helpful

Amenities need a bit of refreshing; paper products for kitchen were lacking so that would be helpful; icemaker not functioning? Heating system no problems with outside temps in the teens on our trip.

Very comfortable and great place to reside for a few days or weeks. Host is very responsive to any needs during the stay and welcoming.

Sam was very helpful during my stay always available when I needed something. The home was very comforting I stayed for 2 weeks n had absolutely no issues

Perfect for the night

The place was dirty the place needs to be updated, in one bedroom the electrical socket was hanging out the wall. The mattress was disgusting all stained up, there was mold in the bathroom. The shower door came off the hinges and they never fixed it while we were there. The yard look like a junkyard and I have all pictures to show.. I would never stay there again and I wouldn’t even recommend it. I found a pot of rice in the oven that was not mine, just a disgusting place.

Stay was great. Clean house. Quiet neighborhood

The stay was good. Near to our venue for competition. The house was as expected and a great price. If I could offer one suggestion, it would be to add additional outlets next the bed for plugging in and charging devices but otherwise, the place worked out nicely.

Check in was easy and quick. Great communication. The apartment is right near 95 so it was easy to get to Boston from there.

Host was very responsive and accommodating. Whenever I had a question, he had an answer right away. Residence was just what we needed for the weekend!Thanks again!

My husband and I along with our friend stayed for a one night while passing through RI. We found the place to be very clean. The beds were comfortable allowing us a good night's rest before continuing our visit to my sister and drive home. The host was very responsive answering me within a few minutes. A good place to stay for an overnight.

This apartment has several good qualities. It is close to many of the things to do in Providence, it is very reasonably priced and offered us much more room than we could have gotten in a hotel room. It is also remarkably quiet given the proximity to the highway. However, “comfortable and well-appointed” is a stretch. It had very basic kitchen accommodations, not even enough coffee cups for the 3 of us. Which ended up being fine since the coffee maker was broken anyway. The washer and dryer is a coin operated set in the basement of the house that all residents share. This wasn’t a deal-breaker, just would have been nice to know up front, as I don’t generally travel with a roll of quarters. There is a change machine, but it only takes $1 bills. The biggest issue was that it was not very clean. Old food was left in the oven from a previous stay, the shower was visibly dirty, and most walls/baseboards/windowsills/blinds had not been cleaned in some time. The owner was very responsive, he did bring us cleaning supplies when we asked, and eventually did offer to have the whole apartment cleaned, which we would have taken him up on had we not already cleaned and were leaving the next day anyway. If it is clean, this apartment would be an excellent find for the money.
