2BR Executive City Suite With Gym & Pool

We loved staying here for a week. We are a family of three this place was perfect for us. It was clean the host was easy to communicate with. We did not utilize parking since we used the metro which had very easy access.

This is a spacious apartment in a good location, about equidistant from two Metro stops. It made for a quiet and comfortable stay. It was especially nice to have two bathrooms. The neighborhood is nice with lots of restaurants, a grocery store, CVS, and coffee shops within walking distance. The workout room was similar to a basic hotel workout center.There were a few amenities that were a little sparse/lacking that would make for a better stay (and were mentioned in the description, so they should have been there):- No hand soap in the bathrooms. There was a single soap dispenser in the kitchen.- No laundry detergent even though it was advertised as having a washer and dryer. Any VRBO I've stayed at that offered a W/D also included detergent.- No dishwasher detergent.- No extra trash bags.- Only one additional pillow (so 5 pillows total for 2 bedrooms). Many people like to sleep with 2 pillows.- Small, thin, poor quality towels, also only one per person.I would have also appreciated a little clearer explanation of the building access set up, as I am unfamiliar with large apartment buildings like these, and other guests may be as well. There were no instructions explaining that I should take a fob with me to access the workout room or when I left the building. We were locked out once with the front desk was unattended (we figured out to bring the fob with us after that!)

Great location

The condo was large, very clean, and comfortable. Beds were comfy. The condo filled all our needs. The shower was great; kitchen had everything we needed. There was plenty of soap and shampoo, etc, but no dishwasher soap or laundry detergent. We had no control over the air and were cold most of the time. Pictures showed two showers, however there was only one. The other had a bathtub/shower combo. Sofa needs replaced. We really appreciated having indoor parking too!

Fantastic place for a family stay! Lots of space, comfortable beds, and super convenient to restaurants, grocery store, and the Metro. This was actually our second stay in this building over the last 3 years--it's perfect for a family of four who puts to use the 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, full kitchen, and common area. There are minimum frills inside the rooms but the building offers several amenities and the value and overall comfort are fantastic. So glad we stayed here!

Everything about this stay was absolutely awesome,everyone at the front desk was more than accommodating as well as welcoming…I would highly recommend anyone in the dc/arlington area who are thinking of staying here to give these nice people a consider.The property is conveniently located close to everything from the commuter train to restaurants

Our stay at this property was a complete disappointment. From the moment we arrived, it was clear that safety and maintenance were not a priority. Several smoke detectors were covered and inaccessible without a ladder, posing a serious risk to guests. This lack of preparation made the property unfit for a long-term stay, and we ultimately had to leave early for our own safety and peace of mind. Adding to the frustration, the property was in poor condition—broken mirrors, chipped furniture, and a general lack of care. The listing’s description did not match the reality, leaving us feeling misled and extremely dissatisfied. I would strongly advise against staying here unless the host takes significant steps to address these critical issues.

Suited my needs very well. I needed to be here for five days and this was very convenient to transportation and the people that I was seeing. Also convenient for Restaurants and other services.

My wife, our two teenage daughters, and I stayed at this apartment in mid October 2024. Both the apartment and our interactions with the property manager were excellent. The apartment is in a high-rise in Arlington. The area is very clean and safe. There are numerous restaurants within walking distance, and Virginia Sq Metro stop is 2 blocks away. The apartment was also very clean and everything worked well. It has two large bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The view is to the southeast and while good was not of anything particularly interesting. The Wi-Fi was super fast. Everyone in the building was really friendly. The check in process went very smoothly. The apartment complex has a concierge agent in the lobby who were all very helpful and friendly. The check instructions were very clear. The specific property management is done thru Envitae; their communication was clear and prompt and included both text and email. The only snafu was that the parking pass was not in the apartment when we got there, but they rapidly corrected that with the help of the building’s concierge agent. Parking was an extra fee but was reasonable for the DC area. It’s in the garage below the apartment building. It was initially a little confusing about exactly where we could park and where the entrances to the building were from the garage, but again the concierge agents were really helpful in giving us directions. We would stay in this property again in a heartbeat the next time we go to DC.
