2BR Dual King Suite / 5 Min to DCA Pentagon HQ2 / Free Parking

The building this apartment is located in has issues with security, hot water, and temperature control. Hot water came in and out, sometimes going very cold in the middle of a shower. At best we had 2 showers of warm water, after it took about 10 minutes to heat up once you turn on the shower. The heating system depends on very old thermostats in each room, which are inprecise and in one bedroom the heater never actually turned on. The fan that blows out the heat in the master bedroom squeals loudy, so you have to choose between loud noise or a cold room. The building door lock had been removed, and the actual apartment only has a flimsy deadbolt with no latch lock or extra way to lock the door. There are very few supplies in the apartment, no tupperware / bags / cooking spray / aluminum foil / spices / cooking oil. Everything just felt like the bare minimum effort was put into getting tenants. Owner was unresponsive for days, then I got hold the company that is managing it now apparently. Very minor effort was put into addressing these building issues (heat, hot water). Internet was fairly slow. The location is okay, bedding was okay but there are no extra blankets laying around (1 light comforter per bed). Free parking is good, but even in the winter the parking was completely full at times despite fairly low occupancy.

Great place to stay, easy parking, everything we needed inside and close to everything in DC! Communication with owner was great!

The accommodations were clean, neat, close to all, and very comfortable.

We would have like to have had a few more kitchen supplies. Such as aluminum foil, plastic wrap, spaghetti strainer. Food containers are handy for left overs.But overall that place was very nice.

This property is in an incredible area. It is located minutes from everything in DC. The unit is a great size, modern and very clean. My family and I thank you for having us as your guests.

Building is difficult to identify without going around the back of the building.Parking was excellent. Building convenience is excellent right off Richmond Hiway and very close to DCA. Major shopping and restaurant row nearby.Washer and dryer are not in the unit- it is a building wide laundry which is much less convenient in the lower level.Apartment itself is clean and modern- two bedrooms plus comfortable pull out in LR.Much better alternative for a week stay if you have more than two people.

Very clean equipped residence. BEDS are so COMFORTABLE!!!! Highly recommend this place and location. This will be my “go to” place every time I have to work at DCA airport! Enjoyed my stay!

Great location & easy access to DC & Arlington from this apartment! Is in a quieter area and the free parking was great. We loved the Indian restaurant just a few feet from the apartment complex & the park across the street. Grocery store was close by as well. Great place to relax after many miles of walking & sight seeing! Laurence was very timely and courteous with all questions beforehand and on the day of check-in.!

Perfect place for our short business trip!

Laurence was very easy to work with before, during and after our stay. His place is 2 bedrooms and one bath. There is a living room and dining room with a full kitchen. He has done a nice job of having amenities avaiable for you. I would stay here again. It's about a 15 minute walk to Crystal City Metro. From there you can get to anywhere in Dc and surrounding area.

Great stay in Arlington. Easy check-in, great location, clean and quiet. Free parking is a big plus

One level apartment was clean with well equipped kitchen. Instant hot water a plus. Some steps to apartment door.
