2BR Downtown Apartment with Gym & Deck

This was an amazing place for our crew for a long game weekend- getaway! Clean and comfortable, great location, excellent communication start to finish. Parking option was convenient & having offered was a bonus. An extra blanket or 2 would’ve been nice, otherwise perfect!

The proximity to downtown and sporting events was excellent. We were able to walk to the football game and the baseball game during our stay. It is a 2 bedroom apartment, very comfy beds and lots of windows with black out shades.The communication with Anthony was great and the instructions were easy to follow.If I were to make one suggestion... there were 4 of us and the living room could have used 1 additional chair to seat all 4 of us comfortably. Also there is a narrow thin countertop-like table with 4 stools but an actual small table would have been more functional. All that being said, I would recommend this unit if you are staying in Pittsburgh

Property as pictured. Check-in was easy. Property was clean. Easy access to highway. Nice views of the football stadium and bridges. We were able to use the buildings Valet parking. The only issue we had is there is no kitchen table. There is a console table with 4 bar stools but it is too small for multiple people to sit and eat at the same time.

Great apartment. Great location. We brought our 3 young boys here. Plenty of space for a family of five. Close enough to walk to the baseball game even with a 3 year old. Would stay here again.

We would stay here again for sure! Great location and building with a friendly cafe/tavern on the ground floor.Apartment and baths were super clean, really comfortable too.Communication was great including checkin/checkout process.

My friend and I met in Pittsburgh to golf, watch a Pirate game and see the city. We had a great time and the 2 bedroom apartment was a terrific place to stay downtown. Our Valet, Will, helped us with all the directions to get in and out of the building, as well as taking care of our cars. He was incredibly helpful. The apartment was clean and accessible to everything that we wanted to go to. I would highly recommend staying in this apartment and I am hopeful to get back to Pittsburgh again. Communication was very good all around.

This is a Nice property. The property was location downtown in close proximity to various eateries. The property was as described, clean and in excellent condition. The communication was excellent and we didn't have any issues. Would stay here again if I'm in Pittsburgh again.

Property was very clean with great views and many restaurants in walking distance. Lots of parking and easy access to nearby attractions. Note: The apartment building entrance can be a little difficult to find as you have to go to the back of the building.

Thanksgiving

The owner was quick to respond to our questions. Beds were very comfortable! The valet service is the way to go. The gentlemen working there are very nice and we tipped them for all of their help. Great view of Point Park and Heinz Field ?. Nice quiet building and we walked everywhere. We will definitely be back

Stayed here for a few days to see the city and go to a Pirates game. Apartment is in a great location within walking distance of the Strip, lots of restaurants, and the ballparks. Apartment was very clean, check in process was a breeze, and the valets parking the cars were very nice. The apartment building is upscale and very quiet. The common room and deck area is OK, but we didn’t spend much time there. If/when we return to PGH we will likely try to stay here again.

Check-in process was easy, hosts were responsive to questions, not that we had many. The apartment was perfect. Plenty of space. Bed was comfortable. AC worked great. The building was quiet - didn’t see many other residents on the 6th floor. Did see them in the elevator or lobby, and all were friendly. Kitchen had everything we needed for meals (breakfast and lunch). The outside deck with fire table was nice to relax with a drink and watch the sunset. The location was fantastic - downtown and easy walking distance to stores and restaurants. Plenty of towels. Bathrooms were clean. We were in town for a couple days of vacation and a couple days at a conference at the Wyndham Grand, and this was so much more relaxing than staying in that old hotel. Was able to log in to the TV with our accounts to watch shows we wanted, not that we watched much. Highly recommended.

Great spot, would definitely come again

We came to town for a concert, this location was ideal for going to PNC Park and visiting downtown. Parking is located at the building, there was good communication throughout the stay, and easy in and out of the building.

Location and cleanliness of the property was excellent. One of the bedrooms had a closet with a folding mattress and child’s high chair occupying most of the closet space making it unusable. Requested kitchen linens to no avail. Ended up using bathroom towels. Check in and out process too cumbersome. Renter beware, PRPERTY IS ADVERTISED AS HAVING POOL AND SPA TUB. NEITHER IS TRUE!!

This apartment was perfect for my family of 3…clean, quiet, and enough space for us to all spread out. There’s zero reason to get a hotel room if you have options like this. The view of the three rivers was incredible, and sunsets on the deck were stunning. Everything was as advertised, from the great location to the quality of the apartment. Beds were very comfortable. The property owners move communication over to their own platform and are super responsive to any outreach. The onboarding process is a few more steps than the average VRBO property, but you see why…the apartment building is residential and very quiet. Get the overnight parking…$39/night is a solid deal in the middle of a city. Highly recommended for families or people who need a nice quiet place to set up shop.
