2br app with a living room in Zadar near beach

Matija's mother Silva was very responsive. She let us check out late as we had a later flight, and provided us with a sun lounger and mats to lie on at the beach. The apartment is lovely, spacious and great air con. It is right next to the beach. There are a few small shops nearby. It is only a 7 minute drive from the old town and taxis are good price. I would love to stay again!

We very much enjoyed our stay here. The apartment is conveniently located, close to Zadar yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, at walking distance from the beach (ideal for and evening stroll). We enjoyed having dinner on the shady terrace and appreciated the fresh figs and peaches provided by our host.

Everything was great! The host was very kind, it was easy to communicate with her. The location was close to the beach. The beds were so comfortable for us. We loved the terrace. The kitchen were equipped very well we only missed a microwave. (On holiday it is easier to heat the meals.)

Nice Apartment with a beautiful balcony. We stayed for a few days to visit zardar. Taxi ride into town or an own car is obligatory. Supermarket an beachbar is 4 minutes by foot. Awesome location!

Great modern apartment with A/C. Very short walk to the beach. Host responds quickly to any questions. Highly recommend!

We had a perfect stay with our two grand-daughters (13 & 15 ). The nice apartment situated in a quite place and near the sea is the ideal point of departure to discover the area of Zadar. A car is recommended to travel to places like Nin, Krka,Pag,Sibenik, Plitvice,… 15 minutes’ walk from the apartment we suggest the restaurant Roko (We went4 times during our stay). A special thank you to Siwana who was the perfect hostess, kind and attentive.

The apartment was easy to find and in a peaceful location. Shaded by trees which made the heat in July more bearable. Owners very welcoming and accommodating due to late check in and very quick to respond to queries. Great location, just a short walk to the water. All amenities were well supplied and very clean and in good condition. Had a wonderful weeks stay and would definitely stay again. One thing we could have done with is was an information folder on local services for example taxi numbers, opening times on local restaurants, bars and shops and where to recycle bottles etc. But otherwise everything needed was provided, bin bags, plenty of towels and clean bedding. Would highly recommend.

Dalmatia is a wonderful area of Croatia and Zadar is a beautiful city enabling the discovery of many amazing places of Dalmatia. Matija appartment is perfectly localized at 100m from the sea and 12 minutes from Zadar historic city center.

We really enjoyed our stay here, easy to check in and very friendly. Great location by the sea and shops/ cafes/ bus etc. very clean apartment with a lovely balcony, we had everything we needed and had a great time.

The apartment is really nice and clean, ideal for a stay with children. Perfect balcony for enjoying the evenings. It’s located nearby the beach, but not alongside the main road, which is a big plus (not noisy). And most important: The host is very polite and helpful.

Very nice place with 2 bedrooms and balcony where we ate all our breakfasts, well-equipped kitchen, 2 min walk to the nearest beach and many other options for a beach day in the area within 10-20min car drive, 10min drive to the old town of Zadar :) highly recommend
