Stayed Dec 19, 2025Everything was perfect. The two TVs kept my husband & son during downtime. The location was literally 5 minutes from my daughter’s house which was soooo convenient. The neighborhood appeared safe & festive for the holidays. The Christmas tree added a much homey feeling

Stayed Aug 15, 2025I loved the location of this downstairs property. Property itself was very clean and comfortable with a lot of nice little touches like toiletries in the bathroom and Ramen noodle cups in the kitchen. The neighborhood itself was delightful. Many people were out walking, including families pushing strollers. And the Paulina station for the Loop train was a convenient 10 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again!

Stayed Jun 25, 2025We had a concert at Wrigley and this was perfect! This home was amazing and so comfortable! We loved the little patio out back to hang out. We couldn’t hear the train or traffic from outside. We had everything we needed and then some. The owner was amazing and answered every question we had and even suggested places to eat. I really appreciated this so much. Would definitely come back!

Stayed Jun 8, 2025We enjoyed staying here. Very comfortable apartment. All you could need including a back deck with a nice yard. It was close to our family and in a nice Roscoe Village area neighborhood. It was also a good location for us to attend a wedding and reception in the Lincoln Park neighborhood near the zoo. Montrose Beach is close too.
