No heater shower was dirty and tv didn’t have good quality

Property had mold on ceilings in bathroom as well as rusted lamp shades due to the high humidity level of property. Carpets in poor condition. We had to leave a day early to move to a more suitable property. Very poorly maintained overall.

The view from our room was amazing. The room itself is very dated; bathrooms and shower weren’t clean, showing rust. The beds were uncomfortable and made a lot of noise. The staff not friendly at all and not accomodating. Check out is 10 am which is ridiculous and staff do not accomodate late check out, they make the excuse of someone booked the room ladt minute. Would not recommend, too pricey for what you get.

We came in late. I had to pay a deposit. I had to pay for parking. We had bites from insects after we left. We slept and left.

I reserved an oceanfront room but was the told the day before our trip it wasn't available. I appreciate the upgraded, bigger unit but I really wanted the ocean view. That is why I rented this unit.

The room was clean and had a good view, except for the filthy bedroom windows. The typical items of comfort like shampoo, soap and kitchen items were scarce. A little cleaing of the shower head and adding convenience items would help.The worst was the poor communication with the host and Vrbo.Tony York

We came for thanksgiving and while the location is amazing, the condo needs work. The plan was to make a meal for thanksgiving but there was literally nothing in the kitchen. I have never seen a Vrbo stocked so terrible. Not only were there barely any dishes but there was no provided dish soap or dish washer soap.

Bait and Switch. First off: The view was beautiful.The property pictured in the VRBO page is NOT the suite that I got. The VRBO page shows a balcony facing the ocean, with a couple of nice chairs and a table. My balcony faced the building next door. The furniture inside was older, not as nice and different than pictured. When I messaged the host I was told that it was the property listed. But the fact that the balcony was on the side was proof that this was not what I paid for.There was rust on door ways and hinges in both bathrooms. There was corrosion on the handles of a dresser. The place had an odd old smell that didn't go away even after I aired it out. Tried to go to the pool twice and both times they were out of towels. I had to run to Walmart to get my own.Very dissatisfied. The property was too expensive and way too different from what was advertised.

Our 1st ever terrible experience with booking on VRBO. I had multiple messages not answered for days..including the day before check in about how to check in since zero information was sent. The unit claims to sleep 6 people, I messaged the host over a month before our stay to ask if a pull out couch was available in the unit as I did not feel grown people would be comfortable sharing a double bed. I was informed that there was no pull out couch and the bed situation was 1 King and 2 Queen beds which would be adequate and I would not need to cancel this reservation. However when we arrived it was 1 king bed and 2 double beds. The kitchen provided 3 forks and 4 glasses for 6 people. The pans were filthy with no way to clean them as dish soap, dish rag, nor paper towels were provided. The ice maker was not working so the host was notified, and the message was ignored until the next day when I sent another message about how unhappy we were. The host’s response was to report the ice maker issue to the front desk and purchase disposable items for the kitchen. FYI when we reported the ice maker not working to the front desk, we were told that they do not connect the ice maker in the units, but you can get ice down by housekeeping…so we carried our ice bucket down 6 flights of stairs only to find that the machine downstairs was broken. The furniture in the unit was not the furniture represented in the listing. 1 chair was provided on the balcony. So much more to say, but outof space

The condo was way too old and paint was everywhere falling off from tubs. Carpet is super old.. i do not recomend it.

The room was a great size but the building is old and the rooms smelled old. The price should be lower for the condition of the property.

We were a little concern and worry after reading several negative reviews. We decided to take a chance and express our concerns with the host before arriving. our host, Melissa. We arrived on Memorial weekend. Check-in was fast and easy and it was plenty of parking in the garage. The bellman loaded up his cart, but our luggage and took it to our room. The hallways were wide clean and well lit. We were very happy with our room. See my pictures. We reserved an oceanfront corner room, and that’s what we got. It looked just like the pictures in the advertisement. I don’t know if all the rooms are as good as the one we had, but our kitchen was well stocked with glasses, plates, pots, pans, and various utensils.Both bedrooms had linen and comforters. Both bathrooms had enough towels for six guests, soap, shampoo, and toilet paper. The suite is very spacious and has two separate AC units and has tons of closet space. There was also a safe in one of the closets. We did not see any roaches dead or alive as stated in some reviews. We did see a little rust on the bathroom door hinges, but that is common with being oceanfront. The salt in the air causes things to rust. This. Suite was well taken care of, and you will see it in my pictures. The front desk was friendly and nice anytime we had questions. The elevator was a little slow during busy times but during peak, it was fine. There is a freight elevator on the backside of the lobby elevator that we sometimes used as an alternative.

We came into town for our niece’s graduation. This room was perfect for some relaxing times before the activities we had planned. Balcony is big, both bedrooms have access and a view via sliders. 2 bed and 2 bath was perfect for our group!

Everything was as expected and love to come back and stay here again. Service was good beach access was not very far.

The trip itself was a good time. I enjoyed the location of the property and really liked the beach access and little beach walk for walking/running. We were disappointed that the photos did not match the property we were given. The furniture in the living room was different, the kitchen was different, and the windows were different. I specifically asked if it was the same unit as the photos and was told it was. The bathrooms were out dated and the kitchen had very little tools for anything. I did really enjoy the view and our bedrooms were HUGE with a lot of storage. Please note that no luggage is permitted in the lobby or visitor elevators. You are required to use service elevators. The bar was very limited in their beer selection and the one restaurant was only open until 2.. Our fire alarm kept beeping, and the staff attended to that quickly. Overall, it was a nice stay. I am not sure I would stay at this particular building again, but again, we really enjoyed the location and the view from the condo. The balcony was the best part!

The property was very nice. It was dated but that was part of the charm, just like most buildings in Miami Beach. it was huge with a bonus room like a walk in closet with makeup leading to the ensuite. The staff were nothing but delightful very courteous and eager to help. The grounds were very nice, the pool was lovely and the beach was amazing! It was extremely affordable for all that you got.

While we had a wonderful time reconnecting after a long time of not seeing each other, this place we stayed in was only idea because it has great proximity to the beahc (rght on the beach) and had a pool to lay out at. All the restaraunts are a ways from the hotel, need to uber, and the hotel amenities were not that great. Fitness center way too small for the amount of people using. The restaurant on-site was run down and did not have great hours (only open from 8am-4pm). They also only had 1 person serving in the restaurant and she needed help. While the front desk had multiple people, who were not busy and honestly, not doing too much. They could have reallocated resources to help the woman in the restaurant.The place was listed on VRBO, so I didn't realize this was actually a hotel that was promoting these suites online. There were no paper towels or enough towels and blankets/pillows for the amount of people we had in our party. Elevator super slow and couldn't manage the amount of people that are in the building. Hallways and doors to unit were rundown and when you went to close it slammed shut, which was really loud if people were sleeping. The place definitely needs updating. Only great thing is it was on the beach, waterfront views and the balcony was nice. I definitely would have liked being in a more modern/updated hotel and closer to nightlife.

Hi, It is on the beach. It is very dated. If you leave out anything you will have yucky bugs.

The picture shown are not the apartment. Different furniture and not the same beach views. Kinda deceptive. Overall the place was good for our needs. Needs some TLC. New furniture, better cleaning of bathrooms and towels (had dirty towels). Place has amazing potential.

For the price, this place was perfect: on the beach, straight on ocean view with huge balcony, 2 large bedrooms, clean, simple, quite in early December, large pool, cold AC, parking in the garage.

My family loved being so close to the beach and we had a good time there. However, when we arrived I was a little disappointed as the picture make the place look a little more upscale and nice. Since we didn’t use the bell hop for our carry-on luggage we had to use a separate elevator than the one in the main lobby (not sure why and it wasn’t explained). I wasn’t put off by this until we found it through some back hallway that was like going from 1st world to 3rd world with no marking to speak of to direct you. It was a little sketchy in my opinion. When we reached our room I found the furniture sparse, rundown, and a lower quality than the pictures would have you expect. Due to this I decided to do a pest inspection before we unpacked. I am a pest control operator with 20 years experience. Luckily I didn’t find any bed bugs, but I did find German roaches behind the refrigerator. There were only a few of them but I found them so easily that there probably a significant amount in the building. They weren’t heavily infested so I didn’t bother going through the hassle of trying to get a different room. We just made sure to keep our food and toiletries covered (which isn’t something I feel you should have to do when paying for a room). The staff was friendly enough, I don’t have any complaints there, and it was nice having towel service down at the gate to the beach. They also provided food service at the beach which was nice, and the Cuban sandwich was great.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the property, it was excellent and spacious for four adults The only things missing were cleansing stuff like dishwashing and laundry liquid, would be much better id it can be provided to make it easier day to day.

The area was great. The pool and beach were great. Found black mold under the bathroom sink.

The heat went out and they did not fix it. The toilet seat was loose in the master bathroom. The tv in the second had lines through it. No tv in master and bedroom. We also saw roaches.

We arrived to a room that is NOT what is displayed on the listing. When I spoke with the “front desk” I was told - “thats the best view and what they use”. We requested to be moved into a unit that was advertised and we were told, “one of the pictures on the unit is from the website”. When we showed him the pictures he was like “oh”; because it was not listed. There is no playground for the children as advertised (big bummer to our kids). The parking that they CHARGE for - the gate was left open 1/2 the time, the “key card required access” from the parking garage to the elevators - the door doesn’t lock or shut. The door to the actual room has a key card entry, but to the kitchen is a round door with a lock (easy for anyone to stick a knife in or pick open). We put a chair under the door. The kitchen - 2 forks, random cups - if you want to make pasta (as there is a strainer, and a laddle, you can make that). We contacted the host as soon as we arrived via the app and no response. Followed up with a secondary asking for a refund, no response. We spoke with other people at the location and were told the same thing- along with paint chipping, AC not working, no views. If you’re going to book this place, I’d ask for a direct photo of what you’ll be receiving because ours was not it! Would not recommend.

We enjoyed the amazing view and the location so close to the beach! The room was spacious and clean. I wish they would have provided a couple more amenities; like dish soap and coffee filters (cvs nearby didn’t even sell filters either so we ended up buying instant coffee lol). The pool area and the restaurant could use some TLC. The ambience was a little boring down by the pool, maybe some music or something? We ended up skipping the pool and hanging on the beach instead. Close to south beach, just a 15min drive! Overall we enjoyed our time, would stay here again!

Everything was very clean. The air conditioning was VERY noisy and we had to ask at the front desk for kitchen utensils because basic things weren’t available in the apartment. Front desk workers were very nice and provided everything.
