Unsafe and misrepresented. Forced to leave early due to conditions. Active roof leak, mouse and mouse droppings, amenities misleading.

This property is ideally located, close to the 3rd street entry. It's an upstairs, outdoor access apartment having a shared entry patio with one other property. The place seems to still be getting settled as a short-term rental (still missing some key staples), but we found the property host to be super responsive, so if unsure from listing, would recommend sending inquiry before you book). There was one situation where the other neighbor was using entire entry patio to gate their 2 dogs, and when trying to get to our unit were jumped on by the dogs. Probably if we waited longer they would have come out to address, but we needed to check out. Giving a higher rating since nothing was mis-represented at the time of booking and the unit worked well for our visit.

The property was nice check in was easy and all rooms were clean. My only complaint would be the location of the toilet you really don’t have that much room to sit. Other then that very nice place to stay.

A nice place to stay with everything nearby. Clean and roomy, but a dozen stairsteps to the front door. A full kitchen makes it easy to stay or get takeout. We brought our 2 med. dogs and had wonderful days at the dog beach, right across the bridge.

OC is our summer spot and with 5 full summer schedules we could only squeeze in 3 nights. This was the perfect spot! We could walk to the beach and boardwalk as well as the bay and asbury! Clean open and welcoming!

King size bed was extremely comfortable!! Toilet was poorly designed. The carpets could be cleaner. The air conditioning was adequate. Overall good value and just right for the short stay.
