21 Carthew Court is a tastefully decorated one bedroom, dog friendly apartment located close to the Town Centre of St Ives. Just a short stroll from the renowned Tate Gallery and Porthmeor Surfing Beach making this the perfect base for a relaxing holiday to explore all that St Ives and beyond has to offer.

The open plan lounge/kitchen/diner features patio doors opening on to the communal gardens with a bistro table and chairs to unwind after a day of exploring. The lounge area has comfortable seating and a Smart TV with DVD player and provides a dining area with seating for four. The modern kitchen is well equipped with an integrated fridge, oven and hob. In the hallway cupboard you will also find a washing machine/tumble dryer.

The double bedroom with super king-size bed (which can be configured with two single beds) has a wardrobe with ample hanging space and a chest of drawers. There is a double sofa bed located in the lounge for further sleeping arrangements. The bathroom provides a large walk in shower with drencher head, WC and wash hand basin.

    We loved our stay. The property was fine. The equipment was lovely except we would've liked a freezer as well as the fridge provided. We disliked the fact that we could only check-in at 5pm and had to leave by 10am- that's wrong. 4 coat hangers is not enough

    St Ives is a wonderful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The apartment is slightly out of town but not too much walking (despite the hills!). It was especially great to have parking on site which is at a premium in St Ives.

    Spacious for 2 people with lots of light and a nice view. There was some damp on the bedroom wall which left a smell in the property. The owner had the wall cleaned and gave us a discount and a bottle of prosecco to compensate when we pointed this out. Nice welcome tea and coffee pack and would also have liked some shampoo and shower gel

    A lovely location and a wonderful little apartment. Spotlessly clean with everything you would need in a holiday home. I would highly recommend this property. 5 star.
