Jump on the free CAT Bus system that takes you to everything Perth or use feet power to discover the delights of the Perth CBD

The red cat bus stop is located 64m from the property and is a 1 minute walk away. The Red CAT travels in an East-West loop from Queens Gardens in East Perth to Outram St in West Perth and is convenient for Kings Park, city shopping, the Perth train station and east Perth hotels. Central Area Transit (CAT) buses are free!

Perth Busport is also located right next to the Perth Train Station, here you can hop on a train which will take you on the Armadale, Fremantle, Joondalup, Midland or Thornline lines - very easy to access parts of Perth!

PARKING INFO: There is no onsite parking at 12 Victoria Avenue Perth, however there is free street parking between the hours of 6pm and 8am, otherwise street parking is $5 per hour. Longer stay parking is available at Wilson’s Car Park on Hay Street only 50 meters from the complex. Cheaper long term parking is available at The Concert Hall on St Georges Terrace around 150 meters from the complex (around $50 a week, and can be booked online). You can book a bay online with any of the parking providers and early bird deals are available.

    We came to Perth to attend a course and this small studio apartment served us well. It was within walking distance of our course location, supermarkets and an abundance of cafes and restaurants. It was also only a short walk from the free bus pickup points.We arrived early and were very pleased to be allowed early entry. And, unexpectedly, we were just a short walk away from the location of the Australia Day celebrations so were able to attend those without hassle as well.The unit itself is quite small but covered all our basic requirements. We did struggle to seat 2 at the table, especially when we had work to do but we managed with a little creativity. The bed was quite comfortable but it is pushed hard up against a wall so be aware that, if on that side of the bed, you will need to crawl out should you get up during the night. We appreciated having a bath but for anyone with mobility issues it may present a problem for those just wanting a shower. There was plenty of hot water and excellent pressure.There are also stairs up into the building from the street (again for those with mobility issues beware.)Overall the apartment was clean, well presented and covered our most basic essentials. The only downside was that we weren't able to open the window and allow some fresh air in. We would definitely stay again but for a shorter time. (Ony because we prefer to open our windows.)

    The location was great. Our bed was lumpy and too hard for me. The pillows were very hard and uncomfortable. But it was clean and tidy and a nice central place for accessing public transport and city mall and shops. Thank you
