2022 Fully Renovated Cool Condo So Close to the Beach!

My husband and I were down the marathon this weekend and we would 100% stay here again. The location is perfect and the unit is beautiful. The owners were incredibly helpful throughout the entire booking process and stay and provided great restaurant recommendations too! I can’t recommend this property enough.

This is a great little place, super clean, very nicely decorated, and just minutes (… walking) from the beach, boardwalk, and main drag of Rehoboth.The location can’t be beat, not to mention this is an ideal place to stay if your running the Rehoboth Beach Marathon/Half-Marathon in December.

You cannot beat the location of this place. You are walking distance to EVERYTHING. Having a parking spot included makes it a perfect home base for checking out Rehoboth. One of the nicest rentals we've ever stayed at in terms of interior design. Pretty comfortable bed as well.

It was clean and thoughtfully equipped. However, I don’t feel the online info adequately described the space. I was surprised that the only bed was the Murphy bed. It was definitely a space barely big enough for two people. I also didn’t realize it was on the second floor. Nice space but description needs to be more accurate to the space.

This Rehoboth Beach condo is conveniently located near shops, restaurants, and the boardwalk. The condo is clean and the decor is beautiful. We’ve stayed in this condo multiple times, and we will not hesitate to book again!

The studio apartment was beautifully decorated and well equipped with everything you need and Dan and David were wonderful with all their communications! We just parked when we got there and walked everywhere! Short 2 minute walk to the beach and to the main drag with all the restaurants! Perfect location for a Fall Best Friend's getaway! Loved the new Cuisinart Brew coffee maker for our morning coffee before a walk around the neighborhood! Highly recommend this property for 2 Guests!’

We loved the property. It was smaller than we thought, but beautiful! We are in our 70’s and had some difficulty with the Murphy bed and moving the furniture. It looked larger in the pictures.Thanks for your hospitality!Donna and Irene

This condo, while small, was a perfect getaway for my wife and me. It had everything we needed for a pleasant week away from home. It was an easy walk to the beach and to shops and restaurants. The owners were very pleasant and very prompt in their communication. Overall, a great experience.

Check-in and out were simple. No need to stop somewhere to grab or drop off the key. Huge plus. The location is fantastic. And communication was easy. I would recommend a stay here to all!

The condo location was perfect! It was a lovely short walk to the beach and boardwalk. My sister and I were very impressed with how quiet it was at night. The neighborhood was tidy and fun to explore. The condo was clean, cozy and charming and provided us with everything we needed. We laughed as we noticed the framed posters on the wall our first evening as we visted both of the shops that were featured in the posters earlier that day. Apparently we chose well. LOL. Great place to stay for myself, wife snd 2 little ones. Very close to boardwalk, beach and local shops. Quiet, beautiful neighborhood. Really enjoyed the stay.

Another great year staying at Dan and David’s condo! Very clean, beautifully decorated, close to the beach and main strip. Hosts are wonderful! Check-in and check-out process is very easy. We love your little place!

This place is really lovely and so well appointed. A perfect distance from the beach and all of the attractions of the area.

We cannot say enough about this condo. For a studio it was just beautiful & had it all. We were there for a week and wanted to stay longer lol. The walk to the beach was so short and to the boardwalk was so nice everyday. Dave & Daniel were so friendly and the check in so easy! We will diffidently stay here again!

This condo was perfect for us. It is thoughtfully furnished with everything you’d need. The decor is especially attractive. Bed is super comfortable. Place was very clean. It’s obvious the owners take great pride in ownership. The location is the cherry on top—walkable to everywhere. Definitely recommend.

Fantastic small condo just two blocks away from everything. Owners were great to interact with and left us to enjoy our vacation. Murphy bed was decently comfortable with a supplied memory foam topper and the condo was very clean when we checked in. Overall, decent value for money and the location is very hard to beat without spending another 100/night. Very much would recommend and will likely be back!

We really enjoyed our time there. It’s a super cute studio and in walking distance to the beach. It also is in walking distance to all the restaurants and shops that rehobeth offers.

Wonderful place, walking distance to the boardwalk, beach and Rehoboth Avenue. The unit was clean and had a great kitchen, kitchen supplies, spices and condiments, if you plan to cook at all at the place. The listing states the unit sleeps 4. There were 3 of us and it was very tight, so consider that. I'd happily go back to stay in the future.

Great property. Would rent again

This is a convenient and sweet little studio apt. The murphy bed is comfortable, but the space is small. It is ideal for one person and can accommodate 2.

We have stayed at Dan and David's condo for the past 3 years and couldn't imagine staying anywhere else for our annual beer and golf trip. The condo has everything we need, is so clean, and is in the perfect location. We love being able to walk to the restaurants, shops, and beach. Already looking forward to next year!

This condo is close to the boardwalk and outstanding restaurants. You can park your car out front and leave it there the entire stay. The condo is clean and the decor is lovely. This was our 4th stay and we will certainly return again!

My daughter and I spend a lovely two days at this property. It was beautiful and comfortable. The hosts prepared us perfectly and were very communicative. The location is perfectly situated to the beach, shops and dining. We enjoyed meals at DiFebo’s and Henlopen Oyster House!!

This a return stay to beautifully appointed studio; it has everything you need and is within walking distance to everything No need to worry about finding parking.

Small but well appointed, efficient use of space and clean. Can’t beat the location!

Top tier rental. Loved everything about it! If you are looking for a property that doesn’t look like a rental property, this is it.

Really liked the location of this apartment - 1 block from ocean and couple blocks from the main area of Rehoboth. Perfect for us. Still had plenty of room when we left the Murphy bed set up. Recommend to single or couples. Parking lot is a little wonky - we had a little trouble figuring out the entrance when we arrived in the dark. But was no problem the next day when we could see it in the daylight. Will definitely stay again.

My husband and I highly recommend this property. The inside is clean and it’s decorated beautifully. The condo is within walking distance to stellar restaurants, shops, and the boardwalk. This was our third stay at this condo and we can’t wait to return!

A great place with a great location!

Perfect Location, one block back from the beach and one block back from the Main Street with all the restaurants and shops and boardwalk! 4 minute walk to the beach each day and once we arrived we walked everywhere and didn’t get back in our car until we had to go home! Dan was the perfect Host, always answered us immediately and the place was gorgeous!! All the upgrades of the remodel were stellar and we had everything we needed for our stay! Would Highly recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay here agin if we come back! Thanks so much for sharing your rental property with us!!

great location, clean and comfy, 1 block from beach and close to restaurants, coffee shops and many choices of other outlets. Our 2nd visit here wish we could have stayed longer had to return to work. :( WE WILL BE BACK!

We love the location, the personal touches, and the unit has everything we need.

This was our second time returning to this lovely home! The location is perfect, the home is clean and beautifully decorated. Although the place does feel a bit tight at times for a family of 4, there is so much to do in rehoboth you’ll want to spend your time exploring. Planning on retuning next year again! :)

We had a wonderful time! The place was spotless, well stocked and everything was top-notch! Everything was updated bathroom, kitchen. The pullout couch and futon beds gave enough space for me, my husband and 2 girls to sleep comfortably. It was 1 block from the beach on the beach side, meaning we didn’t have to cross any major streets to get to the beach. 2 blocks from the boardwalk, literally a 4 min walk and restaurants and shops galore. Great value for the money. Would definitely stay again!

Everything about this lovely vacation home matched its description. It was comfortable and perfect for three adults. We really enjoyed the fully stocked kitchen, which had everything we needed to cook BLD. And it was terrific to be able to walk to the beach! We loved every minute we spent there and will definitely return next time!

Wish we weren't leaving! Had a beautiful stay. The pictures are exactly accurate to the room, shower, kitchenette.. private My daughter and fiance and I all slept well (very comfy beds!) easy to use. We’ve rented this place every summer for years. Great apartment with everything you need for a lovely beach stay. Plus parking one block from the beach. Restaurants, bars and shops all w/in walking distance. We rent bikes for the week. The owners are super responsive. Highly recommend. Book far in advance for high season stays. Thanks D and D!
